I was there a couple of days ago, and saw a line of cars waiting to go through the wash, and a lot of cars waiting to get detailed service so I chose to get a wash only, and wipe down my own car. That's when it went sideways. Turns out you need to use their vending machine to purchase a towel, which was ok until I went to use it. I inserted $2.00, then when I tried to read the screen to punch in a code C2, the screen was so faded from the constant sun exposure it was literally impossible. There were 4 worn out buttons at the top and 3 at the bottom, so assuming it was A, B, C, D, and 1, 2, 3, and after squinting really hard I thought I pressed what I thought was C 2. Then nothing! I asked the young lady working at the wash entrance for help only to get questioned several times, "Did you put any money in?" Come on, really..it's $2.00. She then reluctantly gave me another $2.00 and walked away. I did my best to try my luck again, and nada..Not wanting to go through another interrogation of whether I actually put the money in, I walked away..$2.00 is not worth the aggravation. The point of the story, don't use this machine unless you're a gambler..

The attendant then went in service other customers while ignoring me so I called to police that's when she finally serviced me! I really hate that this happened and should not be treated in this manner and will request a full refund and file a complaint. This isn't the first issue I've have with the foreigners that own and operate this gas station!

Once you go through the automatic car wash you aren't directed on what to do next. Other than I had a laminated paper in my windshield. So I figured out I have to park on the side and wait for someone to call me over. Once they did I pulled over got out and sat with all the other customers waiting. When I was told my car was ready I already had $10. out for the tip. The windshield was filthy as was the front of the car so I assisted him in cleaning it. The inside was ok he did ok vacuuming and cleaning there. Once he said it was clean again I just tipped him and left. Thankfully I am physically able to do it myself. You pay nearly $50. with tip I deserve better. This place is a one and done. Never to return again under this ownership.

Between the two, Panache is far and away the superior one. 1) Unlike Zip, they pre-spray BOTH sides of the car when entering the wash, not just one spot on one side. 2) They pre scrub problem spots, the other doesn't. 3) They have window cleaner at each station, not one bottle for the entire car wash. 4) The machine cleans the middle of the car as well as the sides. Zips machine misses the middle every time on the smaller car. Since the cost is nearly identical, having a better wash with more engaged and competent workers makes Panache the far and away best car wash. So, for my money, out of the prominent car wash's here, this wash is the best value.
