From our very first conversation, Christopher brought a sense of empathy, professionalism, and genuine care that immediately put us at ease. Estate planning can feel overwhelming and emotional, but Christopher approached everything with such kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness that we felt truly supported every step of the way. He took the time to listen deeply, answer every question with clarity, and made sure we fully understood each part of the process. What meant the most to us was how reachable and responsive Christopher was--always just a call or message away. It never felt transactional; it felt like we had someone who truly cared about our family and our peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for Christopher Sean Mulvaney's guidance and heart, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and exceptional attorney.

Answer a few standard questions, chat about your impending death, and whammo! You've got yourself a legally binding will, power of attorney, health care advance directive, etc. Betsy also told us everything about death we wouldn't have even known to ask. Plus, she and her husband even come to *your* house for a signing party so you get the documents right away. It wasn't cheap, but check to see if your company has a legal plan (ours paid for almost everything!). But it was thorough, painless, and quick. Just like I hope that impending death of mine will be. (FYI: Betsy knows all the good ways to dispose of your body: cremation, burial at sea, composting, being turned into a tree ...)

This transparency was very reassuring as someone who has so rarely had to seek legal services. I can't recommend Seth enough. He helped me execute my grandmother's estate. He had weekend availability if needed, once met me at a restaurant in Seattle where I was having lunch to drop off some documents, and offered to attend a meeting with me at the financial planner's office to assist with being a liaison in sorting out financial considerations that were far above my head. He also referred me to a wonderful new financial planner that has streamlined things to the point that I no longer need Seth's help with navigating those conversations. He really, really is an amazing guy and lawyer.

My wife hired him 4 months ago. In these 4 months, the lawyer was constantly delaying (he did not provide any deadlines upfront), answering emails after waiting for a week, and his paralegals were constantly sending us contract drafts with rough legal mistakes. My wife and I agreed on divorce terms and were ready just to sign everything and file papers with the court. And after 4 months of extremely sluggish work, she still doesn't even have an estimate, then the paperwork will be ready. We finally forced him to provide us final version of the contract (after a month of calls and emails), and signed it. But now, instead of filing papers with the court, the lawyer sent her an email with a demand to pay an additional $2.5k in fees just to move forward.

Throughout our time working with him, Bryn's emails were always detailed, clear, and extremely effective. He consistently shut down nonsense and misinformation from the other side with precision and confidence. Comparing the professionalism and substance of Bryn's work to what the opposing counsel produced made it crystal clear that we made the right decision trusting him with our legal needs! Bryn isn't just an excellent attorney--he's a genuinely good person. He's a family man, a great dad, and it shows in how deeply he cares about his clients. He treats you like a human being, not just a case. When our situation unfortunately escalated into a lawsuit, Bryn recommended an outstanding litigation firm, which ultimately helped us win.
