The description on the menu-- Uncle Ed's Steak sounded legitimate. So I had me a rib eye, with a side of corn and Brocolli. Then to start off, some Bloomin Onions. Rating: Ok, I'm going to be real honest, the quality of the beef is *Good* Its on the level of USDA Choice Select, but it IS fresh. Like I can enjoy the natural flavors of the Beef, it's not drenched in marinade and just the overall taste spelled decent quality. Now, because back in the days, I would go out to Costco and pick up USDA Prime Ribeyes three or 4 cuts at under 45.00 (those were the good times). But it wouldn't be fair to compare this to that so for a standard family run affair, this place serves pretty solid steak. Though however the chef kinda went on the rarer side for my Medium Rare and if the cuts have so much fat marbling in them, it probably would be better for the steak to be grilled longer on the fat tissues. The corn sides were a little to sweet and wished they either cut down on the sugar, or use some heavy whipping cream or half and half to balance that sweetness out-- like real creme corn. The Bloomin Onions were a surprise. Over the past decades, I'd probably only order this appetizer at say Outback Steakhouse, but this dish does take the prize for a worthy starter here at the Cattleman's. Overall, server was very locked in. True country hospitality, think her name is Naziah. Kudos! Great service! And anyone ever driving through town, give this place a go.

We had come in to play some pool, get a few beers and of course get some good food. My friends ordered their food and I was playing pool with one of the guys I had come with. This was the 4th game I was playing because I was winning. As I bent over the table, to make a shot, I felt someone's hand slide up my bottom and between my legs. I quickly turned around to see a heavy man, who I had never seen before. I hollered out "Don't fu**ing touch me!!", quite loudly. This man then sat back down with his table of friends. They all started laughing. I put my pool stick down on the pool table and stormed outside. I calmed down after a bit and came back inside. I noticed the creep was still sitting with his friends. I asked the owner, Dave, why he was still at the bar after touching me. Dave told me he talked to that man and he said he "only touched me on the back". The guy playing pool with me saw the whole thing and had told Dave exactly what happened. I told Dave that he did not touch me on the back. At this point Dave had the audacity to tell my other friend that if I didn't calm down I would have to leave since there were kids eating in there. Really....???? We all decided to leav and not cause a scene. We would not lower ourselves to his level!!!
