Honestly this is the best practice. I have never waited more than 15 min in the waiting room and once in the exam room, maybe another 5-10 at most. They are very thorough and take the time to truly talk to you if you have questions. Dr Rifkin saved the life of my baby and me when I very unexpectedly had a medical incident and had to deliver 12 weeks early. He, Dr Cohen and Jamie checked on me daily in the hospital for a week. I cannot thank enough him and the practice for all care they provided.

I was so happy! I'm so happy to say I've finally found a new doctor here--Dr. Helen Greco--and she is an absolute godsend. I didn't even realize she had started the procedure, and then she said, "All done!" I looked at her in disbelief and said, Oh my God, thank you! Totally painless--I didn't feel a thing. The office is large, with a full team of staff who were all incredibly kind. Everyone adored Bambina and showered her with love. We both felt so welcomed and cared for. If every medical visit were like this, I wouldn't mind coming more than once a year--but my next appointment is in a year, and I'm already looking forward to it. I'm beyond grateful to have found Dr. Greco. Her assistant, Marce, was also wonderful--she even drew my blood, and I still like her! I already tried referring her to my friend, but she said she only sees doctors in Queens because she doesn't drive.

If you don't know what's causing a problem, don't weight shame to cover up the fact that you don't know and don't care.

It was the nicest bris I've ever seen. Dr Roberts is also my OBGYN and delivered my son. I was extremely comfortable and happy that my doctor was going to do my son's Bris, it put me at total ease. As my doctor, Dr. Roberts provided exceptional care throughout my entire pregnancy and during the delivery of our baby. He truly made a signiticant impact on our experience. Dr Roberts is extra special to me and my whole family as he delivered me and my brother as well as my son and my brothers three children. He has been part of our family's most special moments for the past 36 years. I was able to count on Dr Roberts every step ot the way and that showed true when our baby was born at 3am to an emergency c-section, and Dr Roberts was there to deliver him. Any phone calls or message correspondence is always from a number or email you can't reply to. The service was great up until after I delivered my son via C-section. The doctors at this practice offered ZERO aftercare (something I never even thought about during my pregnancy). I almost bled to death and literally they offered little to no medical advice or help. As the statistics state, NO ONE LISTENED TO ME WHEN I CLEARLY ASKED FOR HELP. They treated me as though I should know what to do. I almost lost my life. To add insult to injury, when confronted, my personal doctor told me if she had it to do again, she'd make all the same decisions. Stay away from here. They don't care about you after the fact or maybe just don't realize how important it is to check up on their patients after operating on them beyond "popping into the room" after surgery. She takes the time to ask you about any issues you are experiencing and will treat you with every option and advice she has and will stick with you until the finish line. Her OBGYN experience is remarkable. I was lucky enough to have her deliver my daughter 20 years ago. I still see her for my GYN needs as well as her new journey as a functional medicine practitioner who has helped me figure out issues with pain, inflammation in body and gastro issues and has put me on track to better health. Avoid this practice…read more My wife and I moved to Long Island from the city and she wanted to find a local OB to see during our pregnancy and for the birth of our first child. He was absolutely horrible and we have no confidence in him or his staff. They are arrogant and sloppy. Our dog's vet - yes our vet - had better bedside manner. He was rushed, didn't take the time to answer questions - no - didn't even care if we had questions. My wife left his office crying twice. That's when we decided to go back to her OB/GYN in the city. We'd rather drive an hour in traffic to see a competent, friendly doctor who we had confidence in rather than this poor excuse for a practice. In addition to that - some of the nurses have attitudes as well. They sit around chatting to each other and don't care about the patients. My wife was given a finger prick blood test and the nurse left her finger bleeding. When she asked for a bandaid the nurse pointed to the counter rather than helping. We relayed this information to the doctor -- no surprise -- he chuckled. Probably wasn't even listening to us. Women should not have to deal with this level of service during such a sensitive and important time in their lives. There are plenty of alternatives out there. Avoid Dr. Seidman.

It's not her fault the doctors triple-schedule then run late, but the receptionist adds to the stress of an hour wait by being unpleasant. That being said, most practitioners I saw during my 5 different visits were mostly nice. They'd explain things clearly when I asked for more information. During one particularly tense monitoring, which would determine if I'd need early induction, the practitioner was particularly accommodating and comforting. I'd ask everyone remember that your patients are likely going through something for the first time that you might encounter on a regular basis. Keep that in mind when you're with your patients.
