The front desk told me "it'd be depend on how many patients he put to the 10am". I mean didn't you just tell me there's nothing before 11:15? When I said "Dr Weinstock I wasn't pleased with the doctor you sent me to" je hung up the phone! He should have found out why if he's referring patients to this guy. What I love about Dr Shah: He never rushes through my consultations. He has a thirst for knowledge and keeps up to date with the latest techniques and state of the art procedures. Because of this and his many years of experience, when we sit down to discuss any procedure I might need, he explains to me what the "latest" techniques or medications are used for the condition, he explains to me all possible side effects, he discusses what research has shown, then he tells me what his experience has been with the new methods and compares it to the way it used to be done and the results from the past. In some instances Dr Shah has explained to me why something new is not good or why something done in the past was more harmful than good. He then sends me home to do more research to help me determine what I want or just to understand his recommendation.
