After the incident at Long Island Women's Healthcare Group, I made sure to call ahead to ask if…read morepets were allowed. The woman who answered the phone warmly said, "Bring her in!" I was so happy! I'm so happy to say I've finally found a new doctor here--Dr. Helen Greco--and she is an absolute godsend. I didn't even realize she had started the procedure, and then she said, "All done!" I looked at her in disbelief and said, Oh my God, thank you! Totally painless--I didn't feel a thing. The office is large, with a full team of staff who were all incredibly kind. Everyone adored Bambina and showered her with love. We both felt so welcomed and cared for. If every medical visit were like this, I wouldn't mind coming more than once a year--but my next appointment is in a year, and I'm already looking forward to it. I'm beyond grateful to have found Dr. Greco. Her assistant, Marce, was also wonderful--she even drew my blood, and I still like her! I already tried referring her to my friend, but she said she only sees doctors in Queens because she doesn't drive.

Apparently it takes a doctorate in medicine to make up a BS answer about how menstrual cramps can be caused by your ligaments being pulled down by your postpartum flab. She quickly dismissed concerns I had about endometriosis and was sure my thyroid disease has nothing to do with it. I didn't bother to ask about PCOS. If you don't know what's causing a problem, don't weight shame to cover up the fact that you don't know and don't care.

He made the ceremony meaningful, funny at parts and really got the whole family involved. He also takes the most beautiful photos and shares them with you right away! It was the nicest bris I've ever seen. Dr Roberts is also my OBGYN and delivered my son. I was extremely comfortable and happy that my doctor was going to do my son's Bris, it put me at total ease. As my doctor, Dr. Roberts provided exceptional care throughout my entire pregnancy and during the delivery of our baby. He truly made a signiticant impact on our experience. Dr Roberts is extra special to me and my whole family as he delivered me and my brother as well as my son and my brothers three children. He has been part of our family's most special moments for the past 36 years. I was able to count on Dr Roberts every step ot the way and that showed true when our baby was born at 3am to an emergency c-section, and Dr Roberts was there to deliver him. Dr Roberts is such a wonderful doctor and an amazing person. He is the Royal Mohel for a reason and he holds his name well!

I just assumed it was all a part of the experience. I had also watched some mohel's on Youtube and was not thrilled with the way I saw them handling the infant but I understood it.. could rationalize it. Well, in walks the Royal Mohel. He brings an aura of confidence, and good humor. We found ourselves in a festive mood, and we were fully engaged in the process. It was done with confidence, competence with a medical expertise that was palpable. Dr. Roberts was personable, respected and valued every member of the family. I look back on my grandson's bris with pride and joy! This is thanks to the atmosphere that Dr. Robert's created for the whole family. We cant thank him enough!

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced with a doctor's office. It is nearly impossible to…read moreget someone on the phone. It takes 5 minutes of automated BS just to be able to leave a message and then no one returns your call anyway. Zero ability to contact your doctor directly. Any phone calls or message correspondence is always from a number or email you can't reply to. Was supposed to have a tele health visit with my doctor yesterday and they couldn't even provide me a working link. Still no call back or way to set it up properly. I'm already scheduled for surgery which I've waited 6 months to have, so I'm stuck, but once this is over time to take my "business" elsewhere. Shameful!!

My story is so horrifying I don't want to write about it for public record. I am a young black mom who chose this place despite a few negative reviews, one of which I should have realized was a huge red flag. I want to inform all young POC moms about this place. The service was great up until after I delivered my son via C-section. The doctors at this practice offered ZERO aftercare (something I never even thought about during my pregnancy). I almost bled to death and literally they offered little to no medical advice or help. As the statistics state, NO ONE LISTENED TO ME WHEN I CLEARLY ASKED FOR HELP. They treated me as though I should know what to do. I almost lost my life. To add insult to injury, when confronted, my personal doctor told me if she had it to do again, she'd make all the same decisions. Stay away from here. They don't care about you after the fact or maybe just don't realize how important it is to check up on their patients after operating on them beyond "popping into the room" after surgery. Zero stars! No matter how nice you think these people are in person, listen to me. DON'T GO.
