He recently had two crowns crafted for a couple molars, and when they were ready to apply, they fit perfectly. He has a remarkable gift for applying novocain where the injection caused no pain, and when the procedure was completed, like magic, the numbness was no longer present. As a few others said, I'd avoid making appointments with my previous dentist after the primary guy I'd had for years retired ... just wasn't inspired to go. I was blessed genetically with good teeth, & took care of them, so I could procrastinate for a loooonggg time ... until I really HAD to find a new place. Started going in early 2023 when I felt a decades-old filling starting to deteriorate. Had Tanya as hygienist and Nick Catton DDS, & his assistant. Got cleaned up and fixed up in two appointments. Every person at the Carmel office is truly great to see. And now I WANT to go to the dentist, and am maxing out as much as insurance allows -- a visit every six months. I've never felt like they're rushing or I'm kept waiting and they seem to run on time. They're straightforward to work with. I appreciate getting to talk through any questions with them and their proactive approach to address very small cavities so they don't become larger issues down the road. I've never had any major procedures with them other than very small fillings so I can't speak to the experience with more complicated procedures. Their office is a little tucked away within a small professional complex so if it's your first visit, give yourself a a couple extra minutes to make sure you find the right door.

Scheduling was a breeze - I was provided several different options, received a reminder text a week prior, and confirmation text the week of the appointment. They also verified my insurance and ensured everything was good to go for my appointment day. When arriving, they had all of my paperwork ready and I was taken back for service as soon as I finished. My hygienist, Missy, was very friendly and explained everything along the way. Dr. Worthington came in for the final check and she was great as well. She sat down and went over all of my X-rays in detail, explaining what she saw and sharing her recommended next steps.
