From start to finish it was an easy process and I've gone many times. Never had a bad vehicle or experience here.

FINALLY, a used car dealer that I can TRUST! Rusty (the…read moreowner), is a man with Christ-like integrity and honor to the degree that he emulates a true American saint. These are things that matter a great deal to me, because in the past I have been ripped off so many times by other used car dealers that I wondered if it was even worth it to get a new vehicle. As a Hispanic/Middle-Eastern man, all the other used-car dealers where racist and bigoted towards me. NOT RUSTY. I was so blessed to come across Bestway Motors, and I could tell from the first moment I spoke with Rusty that he was a man who was more concerned with my satisfaction and safety as a customer, than making a quick profit at my expense. ------------------------------Rusty (Best way Motors)--------------------------------- INTEGRITY: Outstanding and pure honesty. Treats everyone with respect, compassion, and honor. PRICE: Cares about customer satisfaction and will not rip off customers no matter what. CAR QUALITY: Strives relentlessly to provide the best, safest, and most reliable vehicles to customers. LOCATION: Easy to access off the highway and the area is somewhere I felt comfortable bringing my mother to. FIRST IMPRESSIONS: Greeted with smiles from all employees. FINAL COMMENTS: I stake my reputation as a North Carolina Paleontologist on this business and if I ever need to buy another used car in the future, I will only go here, even if I move to California. --------------------------------Other Used Car Dealers------------------------------ INTEGRITY: Very Shady and Racist. PRICE: Will rip off customers to make a quick profit. CAR QUALITY: Have no problem selling broken, messed up, and non-functional cars. LOCATION: Usually in a sketchy part of town where I would feel uncomfortable bringing my mother. FIRST IMPRESSIONS: Often are too busy to provide a warm greeting or even eye contact. FINAL COMMENTS: I would rather ride my bike to work for the rest of my days than buy a car from anyone besides Bestway Motors.

Great price point; would recommend both Polly and Flow to everyone. I also want to give a shoutout to the sales manager and finance manager; even though the car was not finance, the managers made sure paperwork was down promptly, without any hassles or pushiness to sell you more add-ones; even when the computer went down for awhile, he was going to handwrite all of those documents to get me and my family out with the new car, promptly. Called to ask a few questions and a rather disinterested lady told me to call back later after I found my VIN, then hung up on me! Then I emailed the person named in my appointment confirmation the same questions. Never heard back. I showed up the morning of my appointment and was unsure where to enter for service, as I didn't see any SERVICE signs. Pulled around to the bay in the back and sat there. The door never opened and I could see a person sitting at the counter inside. They ignored me. After a few minutes, I backed out and left. I was so disgusted that I considered making the 2-hour drive back to Durham for future service. On my drive home I passed the Volvo dealership right down the street from Flow. I could clearly see the SERVICE sign and decided to look online for any good deals on a new Volvo. Filled out a form online and Volvo called me within the hour. So, I drove back to the Volvo dealership, met the most amazing staff I've ever encountered at a car dealership, and left with a brand new 2026 Volvo! Flow, let this be a lesson. You lost my business that day. I happily traded in my RDX for another car and MUCH BETTER Customer Service. I would give my experience with Flow zero stars, if possible, and would not recommend anyone do business there.

1-Star Review: Flow GM Auto Center (Winston-Salem) Service…read moreDate: 12/8/25 I went into Flow GM Auto Center today with what should have been a simple fix: a faulty TPMS sensor that needed replacing. Not only did I leave disappointed -- I left feeling taken advantage of. First, they recommended replacing the rear sensor as well, but did NOT recommend replacing all four sensors, even though that would have been the proper and cost-effective guidance. If you're going to upsell, at least upsell correctly. Bryan David Morgan was probably trying to be thoughtful by only recommending what needs to be done. However, in retrospect, suggesting I get them all done, with minimal labor costs would have been preferred, if they weren't gouging me on the price of parts and labor. Second, despite specifically asking them to check my tire for leaks and verify that all tire pressures were compliant, neither of those basic safety checks were completed. Minimum maintenance wasn't even attempted. The worst part? The pricing. After calling three reputable repair shops in the area, I learned the following: TPMS sensor parts typically cost about $65 each. Labor for installation ranges from $50-$70. Flow GM charged me $120 PER SENSOR (double the cost) and $120 for labor (2-4x the going rate). For two sensors, my total was $480 -- and I didn't even receive the basic checks I requested. This dealership charged premium prices, provided subpar service, and the service manager didn't listen to my concerns. If you value honest pricing and thorough automotive care, do not go here. Instead, I recommend calling one of these local shops that gave me fair, straightforward quotes: Twin City Automotive - (336) 441-7763 Cloverdale Auto Service - (336) 331-3448 Better Way Automotive / Better Way Automotive Shop - (336) 448-1180 or (336) 721-1440 Flow GM Auto Center lost my business today, and I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same experience.

Shopping for a new truck, I visited 5 different dealerships in Winston-Salem and Kernersville. John was my favorite sales associate. He was very low key and helpful in explaining their inventory and letting us test drive the ones we wanted to. (And unlike one dealership, did not jam himself into the back seats for the test drive during a COVID pandemic.) The truck I was looking for was rare (midsize pickup with 6' bed) and the one they had on the lot was missing a couple of essential features. I asked John to have his manager price those into the cost. When we said down, he gave me a number that was fair and included every possible discount he could find (including a $250 first responders discount). It was higher than the amount I wanted to pay, though. I had written that number down on a sheet of paper and showed it to him. He asked if he could get that number if I would buy the car and I said yes. They ended up giving me more for my trade in than it was worth in order to get to that number. I was happy and I trust they all made money, too. To this point, I was having a great experience at Flow Chevrolet. Unfortunately, I knew I still had to deal with the finance guy. As has been the case with every car I have bought, the finance guy was a douche. When I declined all of the warranties and plans he was trying to upsell me, he attempted to make me feel stupid for declining. He also said, "You're not even going to let me make enough to buy a drink from the machine." (I offered to buy him a drink from the machine.) He then tried to sell me his financing package without indicating what the terms of the loan were. I asked and when he said his rate of 3%, I told him I had a better offer from my credit union. He began to walk off like a child and asked what rate I was offered. I said, "Are we negotiating?" He said no, he just wanted to know. So I told him the rate, 2.89%. He left, and I started talking to my sales associate about how to use my credit union financing. Lo and behold, a couple of minutes later, finance guy was back with an offer of 2.49%, lower than my credit union's! Shocking! With apologies to anyone who works as a finance person (or a used car salesman) at a car dealership, I have never met one who wasn't the worst cliche of a used car salesman. As much as I liked my sales associate, John Waskiel, I disliked the finance guy.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM FLOW AND IF YOU HAVE LOOK AT YOUR CONTRACT. If you have ever purchased a car from this dealership please look over your contract.
