This place is awesome gave me $500 less for my car than I paid for it new drove it for five years don't ever trade your car in at the dealership. Make sure you come here first process is easy do it online and if the car is what you say it is, they will give you the price they offered online in and out 45 minutes.

Do NOT take your car to the service department at this location! Dave, the Service Manager is horrible with customer service even though he's been with the company for more than 20 years but he is still inexperienced and doesn't care about his customers at all. I took my car in for a wind noise service but accidentally twisted my whole door and left a gap. They "fixed it" after complaining but when I went to pick up the car, I noticed all these new scratches from the tools they've used to reframe the door again. This is unbelievably the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I called Customer Relation line and now I'm waiting for a resolution as I don't want them to do touch ups since it will decrease the resale value of the vehicle. So disappointed by the entire service team.

4/9/16- Lazy az! service dept. put my temp tag on with just a paper clip.

Pros: My car buying experience was absolutely no hassle... no B/S.. I searched the website for weeks & picked out a few cars to test drive. I called finance & spoke w/Thomas Martinez & started my application process. Within 15 min he called me back with finance info & the interest rate even lower than what I demanded... Upon arrival Thomas Martinez was busy & Tony King assisted me. These two gentleman knows exactly what customer service is all about. The whole buying process from my initial call, test driving to the paperwork took less that 2 hours. Cons: The service department sucks!!!! My vehicle year on all the paper work was incorrect & a hassle to get it corrected. My temporary tags was placed on with a paper clip. You have to schedule an appointment with the service department & it took a month to get my vehicle in. Had a 7:30 am appointment for oil change & check tire pressure. 2.5 hour wait is insane... what's the point of having an appointment.

Purchased vehicle for my daughter, called sales agent Sean Thomas told him my budget . Sean called me back within 30 minutes with a approval. Picked up car within a few days. First vehicle had mechanical problem, he quickly replaced it with a vehicle comparable. So overall my daughter is happy and the buying process was easy and straight to point.

Update on my issues with AutoNation USA Gulf Coast Freeway:…read more It has now been over three months, and I have found out that they filed the IRS form for the "Used Electric Vehicle Tax Credit" wrong. When preparing to buy the car, they confirmed that they did *NOT* support the "assign the tax credit to the dealer so they can apply it as down payment". That was fine. I didn't mind waiting until next year to claim the credit. Only it turns out they *DID* file it with "assign to dealer" checked, on a form dated a month after I bought the vehicle, with a forged signature of mine. (The form I signed was on the date of purchase, and did NOT have that checked.) That means the IRS paid them the $4000 tax credit. I have been going back and forth with them for two months trying to get this solved. They have acknowledged that they filed the form wrong (and that I'm not the only customer they did this to,) and that the IRS says AutoNation was paid. Yet "our accounting team" can't "find the payment", so they refuse to pay me. Because they filed it with that box checked, I cannot claim the tax credit when filing my taxes next year (the IRS will deny me the credit, and probably audit me for trying to 'double claim'.) Steer far clear of this company. The sales team may be fine, but the accounting/finance team are lying deceptive, fraud-committing people.

Suspicious trial lawyer that I am, I may have had preconceptions. I met the owner, Hussam Allo, at the cleanest, nicest looking establishment in the area and noticed upon entry some pretty nice cars on the lot. The vehicle in question was amazingly clean and confirmed to be mechanically tight by a couple of my mechanic friends, with the exception of sloppy front end, which I later learned and confirmed Hussam corrected at substantial effort and expense. The deal later concluded with a successful sale at a fair price on a fairly exotic specialty vehicle. Hussam had no problem with the car going to my friend's shop, produced CarFax docs, repair records, geographical and flood history that was confirmed. A man of his word, he operates with his wife, a clean and reputable auto brokering business that I would recommend for consideration. One more tip-of-the-hat to the small business man making' it and providing a valuable service in the community.

Rosman ( I hope I am spelling it right ) was pretty amazing, he cared about what I wanted and what I was looking for in a car as well as the safety of my children being my top priority. He also listened to my ptsd fueled stories about last dealership experiences, not sure if he had much of a choice in that. I had my heart set on a Subaru and after being treated not so great by them I came here and thanks to Rosman found my Subaru! I'm so happy with my car and my kids love our car! I am very glad that I came here and even more glad that I trusted Rosman in helping me finally find a car that my little family can be comfortable and feel safe in! This guy deserves a raise, bonus, or some form of appreciation from his employer because its employees like him that build a solid reputation for a company! Ms.Tania in finance was also amazing and they both were so nice to my children while we were there going through the car buying process! This is super important to me and is something that really stood out because having to sit through a process like this is one thing but adding kids into the equation some times makes you want to pull your hair out. Everything went so great though! 10/10 would do it again, I would prefer not to, but if I had to, it would be here!

Last Saturday, I was on my way to a wire wrapping class at HGMS, but on my way, my vehicle began to…read morego slower in speed and was making weird sounds. So I pulled over in a parking lot, tried to diagnose the situation myself by calling "mobile mechanics" near me. I called about 5 of them; three didn't answer, one of the three line was disconnected, one told me that they didn't have availability, another one told me that they can come right now, but they don't accept card only cash. I thought, dang, in a big city like Houston, the "mobile" mechanics are absolute trash. I was afraid to continue driving it as it was jerking and the engine output was very low. Low and behold, I had no other choice. Luckily, I was near my parents house and drove there to see if my dad could assess it. I got their home. He assessed it, ran a code on it with the code machine. The code was PO303 (cylinder misfiring). I know nothing about what this means, but from my quick Google search it sounds terrible. My dad suggested that I call the Toyota dealership. I was hesitant about it because I've heard they are very expensive, but since I knew the following weekend and by Halloween I have major plans that I'm not choosing to miss I settled and made an appointment by phone. I gave the chick over the phone all of my credentials. Appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM. I got to the service area at 10:30 AM since this place is six minutes from me. They took me in very quickly. I was assigned, Mr. Vu. He gathered my information twice since the chick over the phone entered it all wrong. I don't understand it. I told her it right. The system had me under a Toyota Corolla; I've never driven that vehicle in my life. I drive a Rav4 and before that had a Echo. Weird. Anyways, Mr. Vu explained everything thoroughly and gave me the next steps. I asked him about getting my key fob fixed too. He asked, "if I was sure I wanted Toyota dealership to fix it since they charge $400.00?" That's ridiculous. Car dropped off on Saturday. Sunday plans cancelled. Monday I was housebound, but received texts from the dealership of a video explaining a full workup on my car with issues. By Tuesday, Mr. Vu called and we went over the price list he had sent via text. AutoNation quoted me $8K to fix the cylinder misfiring (which was covered under warranty due to recall for the year and model of the vehicle), an alignment and brakes changed. I was astounded by the price. It scared me and I even considered just buying a new used car if it'll cost me this much, so I told Mr. Vu to fix the primary issue (what I came to the dealership for). He dropped the price from $8k to $1,600+taxes and labor. It'll take a day to get fixed and be ready by COB at 7pm. On Wednesday, I received a text from Mr. Vu at 6pm saying my car was ready. I catch an Uber there. I met with Mr. Vu, I paid $1,700 for the service and he urges me to get my brakes fixed. I told him I am, but just not here. My car arrives and it drives okay. TDLR: AutoNation Toyota isn't cheap for service, but they were reliable at getting my car assessed and fixed at a reasonable time. The service coordinator, Mr. Vu was very nice and attentive. Make sure to ask for him by name. He is short with conversations and isn't overly friendly or bubbly, but he was straightforward. My car is running again for now.
