They have serviced three of my Mercedes over the years and I have never had a problem at all. I have a third-party Vehicle Service Contract which has become a real pain in the rear to deal with. But Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown has handled every issue the VSC has raised and never made me feel bad for the extra time and expense they go through to deal with the VSC company. When I bring my cars in for service, they never try to upsell me on unnecessary services. They do what I ask and nothing more. Service Technicians Larry and Keith showed up and were very friendly and made us feel comfortable on our way to the dealership. (Larry was an excellent driver, by the way and Keith was an awesome co-pilot.) I was totally exhausted, but my husband really enjoyed conversing with the two of them. (I had fun listening to them talk) At the dealership we met Kyle, who took care of all the paperwork and showed us our vehicle. He was easy to work with, outgoing, and knowledgeable. I especially liked that he gave us a huge candy bar with the dealership's logo lol He offered us some sodas for the road and followed up with a call to make sure we were safe on our almost 3000 mile roadtrip so that was very nice. Untrustworthy Dealership - Avoid at All Costs…read more If I could leave a negative star review I would In 2023, I purchased a car from Fast Lane Auto Sales under the agreement that they would repair a damaged bumper as part of the sale. Their associate assured me they would order a new bumper and install it. For months, I stayed in contact with him and was repeatedly told, "I'll let you know." Weeks turned into months, and despite my efforts to follow up, no one ever reached out to fulfill their end of the deal. Now, two years later, I called the dealership again when preparing to purchase another vehicle, only to be told by the manager that there was "absolutely nothing" they could do for me. I was informed I had a 60-day window to get the repair, something that was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, their associate had specifically told me the part wasn't available at the time, which left me stuck waiting. When I reminded the manager of this, he dismissed me, talked down to me, and even hung up on me after saying, "I'm done with this conversation." This dealership failed to honor a agreement, brushed me off for months, took advantage of my inexperience as a younger buyer, and then shifted all responsibility back onto me. To add insult to injury, the manager tried to bait me into trading my car in for "more than anyone else would offer," as if I would want to buy yet another unreliable vehicle from them after my past experience. I've now bought two cars here -- both were disappointments, both came with broken promises. Fast Lane Auto Sales is dishonest, unprofessional, and unwilling to stand by their word. They prey on younger and less experienced buyers. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust this dealership.

He assured me the service department would call and confirm the part was in. 48 hours later no call. I called the part isn't in. I called to cancel the service appointment. The woman that answered my call was surly and unapologetic that I was about to take an hour trip to have work done at their shop and that they didn't have the part and wouldn't be able to perform the scheduled repair. No apology. No let me see what went wrong. Just well sucks to be you! I will never return there for service and I'll tell a friend that was considering buying a Mazda to look elsewhere. Dennis was keeping tabs with me over email even in his day off on Wednesday and when I couldn't immediately reach him, I got a call back from his manager John willing to answer my questions!! This experience was pleasurable as I told them to take off GAP, Warranty, and anything else they could try to add to increase the price of that vehicle. This came with little to no push back from the finance specialist, which is mindful as most places attempt to oversell their vehicle to make money off the interest payments. I didn't feel like I was being forced into a car I didn't want at that instance. I am now buying a newer vehicle 2026 from them again, there again I am negotiating price changes with little pushback which is a pleasant experience being mindful of how car sales are typically predatory.
