Let me tell you things have changed! We were warmly greeted when we came in. We were treated very well by the salesman, Mike. He made us a very good offer on a new 2025 Lexus 350 ES and basically gave us a two for one price for interior and interior and exterior protection. The finance manager gave us a nice discount on the extended warranty as well. Maintenance is free for the first year too. The facility is spacious, bright and airy and offers compliant snacks and beverages while you are waiting. I've been there a few times since purchasing for the first maintenance visit and compliant car washed and have been treated very well. I recommend this dealership.

Buyer Beware Would…read morenot recommend this dealership at all. They sold me a used car with multiple issues after proclaiming 'we don't sell cars with issues'. Took 6 trips back to the dealership to fix one of them and now I am looking at minimum a $1k repair for 3 rust holes in the exhaust that nobody mentioned and was not on the Carfax or dealership records. I have only owned the car for under 2 months. Not to mention how much I spent in gas and tolls after telling anyone that would listen that I live an hour away and coming back to the dealership is less than convenient. I received no compensation because nobody can be bothered to answer the phone to communicate with customers. It was a fight to get all the paperwork I signed on day of purchase and I still have not received all of it. The lack of communication is mind boggling. I talked to the sales manager, dealership manager, and service manager and was told something different each time. Nobody can communicate properly and it shows. I would go literally anywhere else in Schaumburg for a vehicle. Don't be fooled by the 'luxury' of it being a Lexus dealership, they will sell you a car and tell you to kick rocks afterwards.

Got a great rate on the 2016 Golf R and enjoyed every minute of the 3 years I had with the car. At the end of the lease they made sure to take care of me also. We without a doubt will be back and I cannot recommend this dealership more. I love performance cars but I love great service even more. This dealership delivers on that 100%.

Volkswagen lost the full $7500 federal tax credit that took effect in January 2025. Due to stricter sourcing requirements for batteries... lithium, cobalt materials. So know what you're talking about before you grandstand and treat customers rudely or you won't have any.

I called Saturday to get the final numbers and set up the time to arrive at the dealership. They told me they couldn't sell me the car because they were going to lose too much money on the deal. Then they tried to sell me a warranty and the financing, which I had already explained to them I didn't want the warranty and had my own financing. The final thing on Saturday was they were going to call me back in 10 minutes to make a final decision. Five hours later and at the close of the day no one called back. I'm not against people making money but don't make a deal to start with if you have no intentions of going through with it.

When I started to tell them, they started to give me BS reasons why it was over market value. "It's clean " and "when we plug it into our system"this is the price they go for". There's nothing more I hate than bad faith sales practices. I looked up the car on Carfax later and found out that it has accidents on top of it. That is not the definition of a clean car. PS I was in the market for that car and I have done lots of research.... I bought a better one for market value, stay away from these people.
