Car purchase from a used car dealer I bought a car from a…read moreused car dealer in OKC. I met him on Facebook. I checked the Carfax, the car was Ok. 8/14 Wednesday, I bought the car. I paid him with a check. The check has cleared the bank. He handed me the paperwork, 1 key and NO title. He told me that he would submit the papers to the State and I should get the title within 60 days according to the law. I drove the car home. 8/21 Wednesday. He contacted me and told me that he needed to take 4 pictures of the car to send in the pictures with the paperwork to the State. I told him that I have never heard of the 4 picture requirement before. He said he would not turn the paperwork in without the pictures. He said he was going to come by my house and take the pictures at 4:00pm. He did not show up. I texted him and he replied that he was too busy and he was going to come on Thursday. 8/22 Thursday. He did not show up. I texted him, I called him, he ghosted me. 8/23 Friday. I texted him, I called him, he ghosted me. 8/24 Saturday. I texted him, I called him, he ghosted me. I used a different cell phone with a different no. and I called him acting like I was looking to buy a car. He answered his phone. I told him that I was going to bring the car in that day and he said he did not have time and he also said bring it on Monday 8/26 at 11:00am. He also said that he needed to verify the car VIN. I told him that I was getting very uncomfortable with him and I wanted my title and he gave me the story that he had to take the 4 pictures and verify the VIN of the car and send them to the state on Monday 8/26. 8/25 Sunday. I searched the internet and I found out there were similar complaints against him. There were complaints of delaying sending the title, bulling, intimidation, and violence. I felt unsafe being around him. I want my title from him and also I want to never have to deal with him again. 8/26 Monday. I elected not to go to his place. I feel extremely unsafe to go there. He called me at 11:00am and I told him that I was not going to his place. He was very unhappy and he said that he would not process my papers. I am looking for help, recommendations, ideas, suggestions to get my title asap. 8/27 Tuesday. I contacted the tag Agency and I found out that the title is an Oklahoman title, NOT in the dealership's name. The title is registered to somebody in Tulsa and the dealership is in OKC. He is using delaying tactics because he does not have the title in his possession. I want my title asap. In conclusion. He is not trustworthy, he has 1 key of the car, he is intimidating, he is a bully, he is threatening, he uses delay tactics NOT to give me the title, he states that he must have 4 pictures of the car, that is totally unnecessary, he claims he that he needs to prove the VIN, he already has that. I feel very unsafe around him, I feel threatened, I feel intimidated and I am also afraid that he might steal my car using the 2nd key. Thank you.

Well I found an ad for a good looking 2007 golf for 6000$ and I went to go take a look at it. Mind…read moreyou the vehicle I thought I would get was nothing of what I would get at all. the vehicle posted on facebook for the dealer. And on the dealer webpage showed a beautiful car in good condition no rips in the seats clean vehicle. Well when I went and visited. The vehicle I was looking at was extremely covered in dust. Different headlights. No Volkswagen logo on the front grill. Ripped seats. Garbage everywhere in the vehicle. I wouldn't trust this dealer as they cant update pictures on a vehicle that is trashed and should just be parted out at this point.

To whom it may concern,…read more We have to give this branch a low rating due to our recent experiences throughout June. We were trying to settle my mother's bank account when she passed. With 3 different member representatives, 4 in-person visits that lasted over 6 hours, and much delay, we were misinformed, misled, and generally made to feel unimportant in our concerns and banking needs. One person, Gabe Lira, was the only exception as he seemed to really listen and be working hard on our behalf. The communication between the different departments was frustrating, lengthy, and confusing throughout the whole process. We finally got some things resolved but only after the repeated visits and repeated phone calls. We opened another account to solve our legal problems with my mother's account (which we were denied access to even though I was the beneficiary). The bank overall seemed unhelpful in helping and explaining from the beginning what we needed to know, and seemed more concerned with their business instead of their customers as the whole process dragged on. Important paperwork they sent to us in the mail to help the process was misspelled, labeled incorrectly, and one form was sent to us instead of another customer. All of this is unacceptable customer service. When we sell my mother's house, we will pay off all her debts at this bank and close the account we opened. We don't recommend banking here.
