Basically after reading all the reviews on here and Facebook, even if they agreed to "check" the a/c and the front end, all the cars are sold as is and you don't get helped in the end. I understand some people have good experiences, that just means Damon and Alex didn't get a complete lemon when they got it from the auction. It's a gamble when you come here. Avoid at all costs! To whom it may concern,…read more We have to give this branch a low rating due to our recent experiences throughout June. We were trying to settle my mother's bank account when she passed. With 3 different member representatives, 4 in-person visits that lasted over 6 hours, and much delay, we were misinformed, misled, and generally made to feel unimportant in our concerns and banking needs. One person, Gabe Lira, was the only exception as he seemed to really listen and be working hard on our behalf. The communication between the different departments was frustrating, lengthy, and confusing throughout the whole process. We finally got some things resolved but only after the repeated visits and repeated phone calls. We opened another account to solve our legal problems with my mother's account (which we were denied access to even though I was the beneficiary). The bank overall seemed unhelpful in helping and explaining from the beginning what we needed to know, and seemed more concerned with their business instead of their customers as the whole process dragged on. Important paperwork they sent to us in the mail to help the process was misspelled, labeled incorrectly, and one form was sent to us instead of another customer. All of this is unacceptable customer service. When we sell my mother's house, we will pay off all her debts at this bank and close the account we opened. We don't recommend banking here.
