MACARONS -- I bought 3 macarons (strawberry milkshake, salted caramel, and lavender). Each macaron cost $3.25 each and they are slightly bigger than traditional macarons. The flavours were good but slightly off from what I'm used to but I can't quite explain it. I wouldn't say they tasted artificial but it was just different or maybe it was slightly artificial in flavour. My favourite flavour was the lavender. The salted caramel was too sweet and it almost didn't feel as if it should have been a macaron flavour. I did like it though. The strawberry milkshake was good but it needed a little more strawberry flavour. Overall, Kelsey Elizabeth is a nice bakery. I heard their cookies are delicious. The bakery staff was very friendly, they kept in contact with me about specifics and made sure we were on the same page. The cake was ready on time, and I was blown away by the attention to detail. My expectations were exceeded to say the least, and my friend LOVED it! Not only was the cake gorgeous, but it tasted fantastic as well. I did not serve it until 3 days after picking it up and it tasted like it was freshly made that day. The cake was not dry whatsoever, frosting was still soft and not hardened. I would 10000% order from here again.

They were enthusiastic, professional, and genuinely excited to be a part of our celebration. Scheduling appointments was a breeze, and when we accidentally mixed up one of our times, they graciously accommodated us without hesitation. The cake was stunning--exactly what we envisioned--and it tasted just as incredible as it looked. The cupcakes that came with it were equally delightful, and our guests loved guessing which of the four flavors would be their favorite. It added such a fun and memorable touch to the reception! What impressed us even more was their willingness to deliver outside of their normal delivery zone just to ensure everything arrived perfectly. That kind of customer service is rare, and it shows how much they truly care about their clients. We can't thank Layla enough for making our day unforgettable. We'll definitely be returning for future events and sweet treats. Highly recommended to anyone looking for exceptional service, delicious desserts, and a team that treats your celebration like their own!

Very rugated, soft, fall apart in your hand and quite tasty. Best in the Cleveland area and I'm not even a big cruller fan. The plain glazed cake had a great texture. Moist inside, some crispiness outside. But it had an offish kinda almost remotely lemony flavor I am not a fan of.
