Mandor the man! Our server was awesome.

My wife really enjoyed her penne guardiniera and I found my beef ragu delightful. Especially, the crispy parma ham in my meal was full of flavors - jerky-chewy and perfectly accompanied the soft beef sauce. Oh, and their crispy calamari appetizer comes with a surprisingly good mayonnaise with just enough tangy touch of lemon. So good! Since my wife loved it so much, maybe I'd be back in the future. Our server Mandor with awesome italian accent was so nice and sweet. He maden our experience here more memorable. Come check this place out!

This is probably the Carluccios with the most individual interior, compared to the usual design of the other Carluccios dotted around London. It is set in a beautiful building over two floors, with winding stair cases and high ceilings. The food is consistently good in all the restaurants in the chain, but this is the place to go for the nicest atmosphere.

The location is great, which is around the corner from Covent Garden Market. They have good seating options and it's suitable for big groups. The variety of food is average.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Was with a group 6, we ordered a seafood linguine, spaghetti carbonara, duck pappardelle and lamb alla griglia to share. The food was amazing my favourite was the duck pappardelle! Would definitely recommend trying the fresh lemonade!! Good place to go for a special occasion or even just for lunch!

We were walking towards Covent Garden and were lured in by a waiter offering samples of pizza. The prix fixe menu seems like a good deal. Restaurant also had free wi-fi

Terrible food. Terrible service. Overpriced. The worst example of London chain restaurants. Ripping off tourists and Londoners alike.

There was a line of people outside waiting. That's how you know it's going to be good! After I got on the line the host (who was a lovely gentleman!) stated it would be about a 15 minute wait, but there was ample seating available outside. I decided to sit outside. After a quick overview of the menu I went with avocado toast with bacon and hashbrowns. I also had a coffee. Everything was delicious and service was great!

People kept walking by without acknowledging us, which was a little frustrating. The coffee was amazing though. We ordered a cortado and it was perfect. I got the All American breakfast and the portion was huge. I enjoyed everything, even though they don't make over-medium eggs, which was a little funny to me. My mom ordered the avo, egg, and cheese sandwich and didn't realize it was spicy, so she didn't enjoy it much. Just something to be aware of if you're not into spice. The vibe inside was really nice and cozy, and our waiter, once we were finally seated, was very sweet and friendly. Overall, I would return, especially for the coffee and the portions.

Their servings are HUGE, and are so affordable too! I left wishing my mother and I had the ability to save our leftovers for later, because we hated wasting any of the delicious food that we ordered. Even before we got our food we were pretty excited. When you walk in you're greeted here with a beautiful sight: fresh sandwiches, bread, and pastries, all on display right at their main counter. Once we were seated I noticed little flower pots line the window, too. Fresh food and flowers - what more can you ask from a cafe for a first impression? We also loved the owner and his wife: they were very kind and they constantly kept us up to date on our food order, just to mention what was done and what they still needed to do or cook. They clearly work hard to provide fresh fast meals - and we learned quickly as people came in and out of the place that takeaway is available here. But we wanted to enjoy a sit down meal, and enjoy we did! I started mine with fresh squeezed juice - we're talking so fresh you'll want to add sugar to it if you're used to the juice that comes in stores. And when our English breakfasts came out? Just, wonderful. My mother and I each received SO much food. Both meals came with amazing buttered bread (like, I would have happily eaten an entire plate of bread and only bread), hash browns so fresh that they may as well have given us the original potatoes (yum), and what I can really only describe as a mountain of beans, eggs, and meat (well, on mine anyway - not so much on my mother's vegetarian breakfast order). All of it absolutely delicious, and every single bite made me smile wider and wider. Definitely walk on in if you're near this little shop. Don't be afraid to order one meal and share it if there's only two of you, either - you'll likely both leave well fed, and you can always order a little more food if you want too from that great looking counter of theirs...
