Coming from a 7 yr old, that was a genuine description of how he felt. Matthew went beyond the call to offer excellent service to my grandson who learned a valuable life's lesson, and that is to treat everyone, even strangers with kindness. I hope LORAC Admin sees this and recognizes the service Matthew and others have demonstrated. Thank you Matthew, you are an asset to LORAC! This Recreation Center is by far an amazing facility, compared to others like it. It was a clean and the different sections and gyms are also well kept. From the front staff to the personnel throughout the premises, Customer Service is at its highest.

My only complaint is not anything LORAC can do because the rules and laws they follow, but the lifeguards drive me totally crazy at the rec. pool. I know they have to, but the way they pace around constantly looking in the water makes me nervous. I have literally seen lifeguards look into a full SPA and glance in the corners to make sure someone isn't drowning. I've seen them look into the lane I'm swimming in to make sure there's no body at the bottom of the pool I guess. It's nerve wracking. I try to ignore it but it's so weird to me. Anyway, the pools are nice. Just wish they would have made that part of the pool in such a way they could have had a lifeguard post instead of this marching back and forth and looking into a lane someone is swimming in to make sure someone isn't drowning. I mean, if I saw that I would help and alert them.
