This is another one of those really old stations that are rather nice, however, sometimes I'm not…read moreentirely sure whether aesthetics really count for all that much, particularly when the station lacks facilities, and also isn't all that accessible. Well, that seems to be the case with this one, though when all you are doing is waiting for a train, waiting in a nice building does help. Oh, and trains also seem to pass this station rather often.

This is another one of those rather nice Sydney stations that happen to have the old buildings…read morestill intact, though I have sort of noticed that when it comes to 'old buildings' many of them seem to end up looking pretty much the same. However, the trains do come through here rather frequently, though many of them are express. You do need to make sure that you get on the correct train though as you may find yourself shooting past a railway station that you wanted to get off at.

I discovered that with this station it is quite easy to actually miss it, namely because quite a…read morefew trains end up running express past it. In fact, it took me a couple of goes before I was able to board a train that dropped me off here. Okay, I can sort of understand why that is the case, since it isn't a particularly major stations, but it was still pretty annoying nonetheless.
