However, while on the phone with someone working with the florist, trying to understand why a city that's 10 miles away is outside of the delivery area, someone yelled "If I said I couldn't deliver, I couldn't deliver" This was not only disrespectful and unprofessional but the most inconsiderate florist/business ever!!!
