Avoid this place as they do unfair and immoral billing. They told me prior to making an appointment…read morethey accepted my insurance. Then they only charged me a deductible after my appointment only to bill me in full when I got a statement in the mail. They refused to accept responsibility and correct the bill as they made a mistake since I would of went somewhere else that would of taken my insurance. The office manager, Karen Rocchi, was a bully and very unprofessional and would not take responsibility for the fact which was proven that they told me they did take my insurance prior to my appointment. Avoid this place as they will unfairly bill you. as they are ruthless to make money unfairly and immorally.

Spent almost $400-500 on glasses and I still wasn't able to get the prescription and power I needed…read moreto read things clearly. After getting the glasses, I scheduled another appointment to fix the prescription. I was NEVER told that after my first time rescheduling to fix the prescription, that I would have to pay an additional $30-40 dollars. I ended up rescheduling again because I was desperate to fix it since I paid that much already for the glasses. I was then told they couldn't fix the prescription for me because apparently I was "seeing 20/20." If I was seeing 20/20, why would I waste my time and money to reschedule to fix it? Also, if they couldn't fix it or do anything, why charge me the additional $30-40? Overall, I wasted my time AND money. Better to just go to Costco.

Terrible receptionist. Waited an hour after my appointment time to be seen. Way over pricedread more

Great Doctors and Back office staff...Horrible Front Office and Management!!…read more I've been a patient for 5 years. Love my Optometrist and the prescriptions that he gives me BUT.. I got an email or text every week for about 5 weeks reminding me it's time for an exam. I called March 20th and got an appt April 14th. Not too bad considering I have a few limitations with availability. March 27th I get a call that I need to be rescheduled because Dr won't be in. Ok..so BRITTANY the receptionist takes me out 6 more weeks from my appt. Of course I get frustrated and say I can't wait that long and I shouldn't be out so far out when I'm not the one rescheduling. BRITTANY of course says nothing in response so I tell her that I'll have to call back or figure something else out (my eyes have been really irritated and blurry lately), BRITTANY says "OK BYE" and hangs up!!!!! Not a care in the world about patient retention Get a text 20 min later that my original scheduled appt is cancelled. Don't bother calling management because they don't answer and then call back 10 min before they leave for the day so of course by the time I get the voicemail they're long gone. I played this game for 3 days. I finally had to accept that I had to leave a good Doctor due to his horrible staff. As a medical professional for over 25 years this is absolutely unacceptable yet becoming all too common these days. Employees are obviously just there to collect a paycheck. They don't care about that practice or its future. They may be busy now and hopefully it lasts but one day you may wish you took care of the patients you had. Oh and top it off when I made an appt at a different practice that got me in within 10 days Table Mountain had already authorized my exam and didn't release it when they cancelled me. Which meant that no other office could bill out an exam. I had to call and ask them to release it and again...nobody asked why I was leaving. They just don't care. Just sad.
