Great food fresh and delicious clean environment definitely coming back employes are very nice

I do the drive through this morning... running some errands before hoping friends for the holiday. Got the single with cheese and there nothing better than the fire grilled flavor with fresh fixings. The onions ri ga were subbed out with no change in cost. The root beer was cold and bubbly. The food was fresh and the team was nice. Merry Christmas guys and thank you. read more

Carl's Jr - The rings were hot - Fast Food Near Me - West Jordan, Utah

Stopped by this Carl's Jr. for a quick meal through the drive through, and the experience was just okay overall. The food tasted as expected for fast food -- fast enough, but nothing standout. Good in a pinch, but not a location I'd go out of my way to visit. read more

First Off, by far best one in the region. I rather drive the extra 25 minutes than go to the one down the street. Staff are kind/hard working/on top of it, food is hot, custom order made perfectly, CLEAN. 10/10! Jan 14th 2026. Thanks for doing it right! read more

Run don't walk. We made an order on line at 10AM went there and nobody was there it was closed then a worker came and said their staff didn't come in. I asked for a refund and got the run around. I've been waiting for 20 minutes no refund no food no apology. I've never been more irritated. No refund some District manager Thomas came out and said o refund it'll be issued in the app and tough luck. That was after I honked and honked to get someone to answer me. Run don't walk no wonder they have 1* read more

I ordered online, and while everything was mostly to be expected, my son's chocolate milk was already opened. There's a tab to pull, and like most, you'd pull it to cleanly take of the tinfoil, but it was punctured in the middle to appear as if it was ok, so of course that's already a huge red flag. This is massively disgusting. I tried to call and was ignored for the whole ring time. Absolutely pathetic management and workers. It's always something. read more

Carl's Jr - A milk bottle with tampered tinfoil Chocolate Milk - Fast Food Near Me - West Jordan, Utah

I did the drive thru last Tuesday and it was not busy at all at 11 AM. The person who took my order was amazing. He spoke articulately and kindly. I rolled forward to the window and saw two young men. I know one was named Emmett and I believe the other boy's name was something along the lines of Kolt. They were engaging and friendly and spoke to me while my food was being prepared. After about 30 seconds of these darling boys talking to me, this Hispanic lady came back from what I believe was the kitchen area and started yelling at the young men to "focus" and told them that they weren't working well together. It honestly completely ruined my mood to see those two young guys getting scolded for having great customer service. I hope she is not working when I come back. I love the food and the specials and have always been impressed with Carl's Jr. She is a horrible example of customer service. Carl's Jr deserves better! You are a great company. Don't demean yourselves or your Company by hiring subpar, unkind people. Thank you for listening! read more

After a while, I haven't tried this place but spending $14 + for a western Bacon combo with onion rings was definitely not worth it. The bacon was soggy kind of flimsy, you definitely are not getting the quality of food for price so I'll just skip Carl's Jr. go to a better burger place. read more

Carl's Jr - Lobby - Fast Food Near Me - West Jordan, Utah

Joel, the new manager, was awesome. Very quick service and was super nice to my daughter. Best Carl's Jr in the valley I think.

I came here for lunch on my short break. I got a double specialty burger. when I got back to the job site I found it only had one Patty however it was an excellent tasting burger. I was disappointed that I had paid for both patties but only received one (honest mistake) so after work I stopped in and not only did they give me another patty. They made me a whole fresh burger. The manager was very friendly. read more

Foods good and fast, way better than the worst Wendy's in Utah just down the road. If you are in the area looking for fast food, this is the place. Give my man Lucas a raise! read more

This is the best location ! I had a very specific question about the fries that would be served with my meal and the staff went out of their way to make sure it was exactly what I wanted! I usually never stop to eat here but the staff really made the experience stand out ! The manager Veronica does an amazing job !! read more

I am crying FOUL for the corona price gouging fraud committed by Carl's Jr. Local restaurants are forced to close from government mandates but fast food chains still operate drive through service so Carl's has taken advantage of this. From the regular 2 for $4 dollar western bacon cheese burger special to now $7 for 2, all I can say Carl Marx Jr is FU. Unless you repent to the American public and offer this special now 2 for $3 you have at lease lost our family business forever. read more

Carl's Jr - the communist bacon western cheese burger - Fast Food Near Me - West Jordan, Utah

We are grateful that "our Carl's" was open through the COVID. Our orders are always special requests. They consistently prepare it to our taste and restrictions. They ACTUALLY LISTEN to your order. We eat at other West Jordan Restaurants, both sit-down and fast-food. This store is CONSISTENTLY SPOTLESSLY CLEAN...restrooms and dining room. There is heavy competition for "low-carb" and "lettuce wrap" in this neighborhood and they shine above the rest. Delightful!!! read more

Poor poor customer service. I ordered 2 dbl cheeseburgers with bacon but received 2 cheeseburgers so I drove back to the store and was treated horribly! They told me to go thru the drive thru which took over 20 minutes then the guy said "well, what's wrong with it?" I told him so he took my sandwiches and gave me the correct ones. I asked if I could get the onion rings again since the others were now cold and he told me to get in the back of the line!!! Are you kidding me??!! I will NEVER go there again. And their phone number only goes to a fax machine. How convenient. joyce preston djpreston6680@aol.com read more

Haven't been to a Carl's Jr. in a long time. This place is convenient and has plenty of parking . The food was hot and fresh. It was clean and although not real busy, the speed was just fine. Everyone is friendly, do that's refreshing. I'll come back soon. read more

Good food bad service. I swear fast food chains are plagued by under achieving and uneducated employees! Places like these are meant for teenagers or college students...even then they still don't listen and mess your order up! When does it end?! I'm sure most of these people are for the most part honest and hard working but that doesn't mean they have even the bare minimum 'skills' or attention spans to ask and complete an entire order. read more

I feel like every fast food place has bad ratings but I love Carl's Jr. this place is good

When I come to thits location and go to drive through it is spotless inside. The floors are clean as are counters and equipment. I enjoy this location! read more

The soda machine with Strawberry Fanta has been malfunctioning for a week and still is not fixed. That's my boy's favorite drink.

Unfortunately this is the most convenient location on the way to my home... I have gone here many times and have never been impressed with this location. Today took me over the edge to finally write review. First, this location regularly closes an hour or so before their actual closing time. When you do get service, they always get the order wrong. Today, I pulled up to the drive through and was told to wait.. which was fine but no one else was on the drive through so it was a bit odd. Ten minutes later, I am informed that their credit card machine is down. That was fine because I had cash (but really? Make me wait 10 minutes without telling me the credit card machine was down). Whatever, I expect this location to be a bit shaky knowing their history. I order my food, nothing special, two combo meals with criss-cut fries. I pull up to the window and give my cash, then wait 15 more minutes for my order. They give me my a bag full of our food and forgot to give me the drinks so I remind him. We get our drinks and I realize when looking at our food that he only gave us one order of criss-cut fries. I tell them that they made a mistake and the man just says "sorry, I only charged you for one" ... REALLY? After making me wait so long you just say that you messed up and I not fix it? This may seem dramatic but there have been multiple issues with this location. Go to ANY other Carl's Jr. they are fantastic! I'm going to write a great review for my favorite one. This one should get a complete staff overhaul. It's terrible. Don't go here. The extra 5 minute drive to a different location is worth it. read more

The restaurant was almost empty on a sunday afternoon and we ordered 1 burger and 1 combo. It took them 20 minutes!!! So much for "fast food". We got our order and my burger was wrong, something completely different than what I've ordered. I asked the cashier for a refund, becase I wasn't willing to wait for another 20 minutes or so. I work in the customer service field and I know when we dont do things to our company standards nor the customer expectations we offer "something" to make up for the mistake. These kids couldn't care less about it. read more

This Carl's Jr. is close to home, the customer service is always on point, always respectful, no interruption while ordering & they ALWAYS hand out Fresh food which is absolutely wonderful! An exceptionally big parking lot. The one & only reason I am giving this location a 4/5 Stars is because they almost always forget to give me my sauces & napkins.. I am a Drive thru type of person most of the time and those two items are pretty essential for me! read more

Why on the world would the price for biscuit and gravy jump up a dollar.. Nothing has changed for the increase. $2.69 is to much for this item. read more

Usually this is the best Carl's in the valley BUT NOT TODAY. The manager must have changed along with the employees. My burger literally looked like someone stomped on it! How hard is it to make a burger without making the bread into paper! There weren't many fries AND they were cold and oily. Usually they are really good. I hope management is reading reviews. They need to either retrain everyone here today or get rid of them all and start over. read more

I only know the morning staff, but everyone is nice and the food is hot and fresh and cooked perfectly. Also patient when I ask a million questions about the same menu items because I'm a ditz. I hate that it takes a long time in the drive through to receive my order, but I'd look over that I'd that means cooked to order. read more
