The Kung Pao Chicken differs from the Teriyaki only in the addition of vegetables and some spice. The noodles are ok, but a bit pasty and oniony. Service was fast, but I did not appreciate the server sporting his mask below his nose. We had take away. The venue is bright, spacious and accommodates groups.

This restaurant is right off of the pedestrian walkway in Centro Histórico, and I had walked by here a couple of times already. In fact there are several other restaurant, stores, and cafes along this thoroughfare. The restaurant itself seems relatively new, however they don't have the self-service kiosks here, so it's more often than not that you will be waiting in line to place your order. There are more than enough seating options within their two-level dining room. When I came in right at around noon, the place wasn't that busy at all. I mean to say that there wasn't some huge lunch rush, and I was able to place my order pretty quick. I went for the quarter pounder with cheese combo, which included a medium fries and fountain drink. There are no refills here so I would recommend not to drink your soda all at once. The quarter pounder tasted almost the same as you would find in the U.S. and the French fries tasted the same fortunately.
