La linea no estaba larga cuando llegamos pero ya despues que pagamos y esperamos la comida, la linea estaba hasta la puerta. La cajera fue muy amable y nos atendio rapido. I had a craving for a quarter pounder with cheese, and it had been nearly two months since I had visited one of these restaurant s, so I decided to come here today. This restaurant is right off of the pedestrian walkway in Centro Histórico, and I had walked by here a couple of times already. In fact there are several other restaurant, stores, and cafes along this thoroughfare. The restaurant itself seems relatively new, however they don't have the self-service kiosks here, so it's more often than not that you will be waiting in line to place your order. There are more than enough seating options within their two-level dining room. When I came in right at around noon, the place wasn't that busy at all. I mean to say that there wasn't some huge lunch rush, and I was able to place my order pretty quick. I went for the quarter pounder with cheese combo, which included a medium fries and fountain drink. There are no refills here so I would recommend not to drink your soda all at once. Late night walking around not many food options open, so we decide just to get McDonalds as the last resort. We ordered two bbq burgers and other stuff.. upon getting our food, we notice there is only one bbq burger and the other one was a cheeseburger.. the girl at the register put the wrong item. I get up to tell the girl about the mixup and she says ok, but seemed confused, as i'm waiting, another employee calls me up and they try to figure out what the problem was, but can't seem to understand. Took three employees and about 10min just to try and figure it out and even the manager came to speak with me (which was not necassary) Easiest thing they could have done was just give me the food I ordered originally. I explained the whole thing to him, again he too looked lost.. they ended up "upgrading" my order and gave me two beef patties with the bbq burger. read more
