Then when I took time off work and came in, they told me they had looked and my insurance was NOT accepted. Why not tell me before I took time off work? Well they tried to get me to see the Dr. despite their not taking my United Concordia Insurance. Nothing to lose on their part having me come in I guess. Just a waste of my time and the three weeks I waited for an appointment time that worked. Don't trust what they say, expect them to not take your insurance.

She was crying and could barely walk when I picked her up. She said he was very rough with her and not at all compassionate. She came home and went to sleep and died only a few hours after the procedure. There are good dentist at this location, however I wouldn't let Dr Vargas touch anyone I loved. His office knew my mom passed after the coroner called investigating and they never even reached out with sympathy. She was only 69 years old.

The doctor told me to my face, "I stand by my employees." Therefore I have no other choice but to sue. Dr Best charged me an out of Network fee for an In Network procedure. She demanded payment in full prepaid. That was in June 2018. The insurance company pays for 100% in Network with no deductible because this is surgery. Dr Best told me other patients have bounce checks on her. Is she over billing the patients with insurance to get her money back? Unethical and poor customer service.Take your health and insurance to a doctor who cares. Other people have complained about being billed out of Network fee with insurance. Best has lots of negative feedback.
