Repeat customer with Woods, first experience was very good which is why we went back. The 2nd…read moreexperience has been a nightmare for us, financially and personally. We purchased a used pick up truck, beautiful to look at, great tires, drove well, we thought we had made a great purchase again. Less than 60 days later we started to experience issues with hesitation when accelerating. We took it back and were told they thought it was a transmission so we would need to take it to the approved transm. shop for the warranty but, they could not take it in to look at it for 30 days! So we took it to another shop who scoped it and could not find the issue. We took it in for an oil change and a transmission flush and learned the fluid was dark black when checked - both transmission shops agreed that the fluid did not turn that color in the short time we had it and it was like that at purchase so this was not checked before they sold us the truck, or was and ignored. We then had the differential fluids changed and learned both were full with metal shavings. Again both shops confirmed this was not something that would have happened overnight. In the end we have had to have a brand new transmission installed and despite the extended warranty we purchased we are now out another $2700 in costs, not to mention the lost income from the loss of use. We did reach out for help with Woods to see if they would at least provide us with a loaner, to no avail. We were basically told we were on our own, though we agree they had no obligation to us...but given we were repeat customers for one, and just for overall good customer service given they sold us a $32,000 vehicle with serious issues, we would have expected much more from them. Needless to say we will not be a repeat customer again. Very very dissappointed.

They completed an oil change, rust proofing, transfer case service and installed the front turn signal bulb (had to remove a bunch of panels) in about 45 minutes. I live in Toronto, but due to limited space in my big city digs, I store my snow tires in my parents garage in Peterborough. When I called the Honda dealership in late November to make an appointment to get my tires changed, I figured it would be a breeze... Since this is not a review of Trent Valley Honda, I will spare you the details, but suffice it to say, they screwed up... big... and I left with the job undone and very little time before I needed to leave to make it back to the city for work on time. Enter Class A. Every other place in town seemed to be frazzled and overrun by people doing just the same as I was and hurrying to get snow tires on at (what we thought was going to be) the last minute. But not Class A. They listened to my situation, put me on a brief hold to check scheduling, and came back to report that, under the circumstances, they had found time to fit me in. When I arrived, they took my car in right on schedule and were done in no time. Staff was amazing, the waiting area was stocked with magazines and had a television screen showing CP24, and I made it to my destination with time to spare. Thanks guys!
