The parking lot and overflow were full and when we walked in it was very overwhelming with us being used to being helped right away and having an assigned person to help. Laci (I believe ) helped us at the beginning as we looked lost and overwhelmed then Ally took over and we had her full and undivided attention. Thankfully. She was very knowledgeable in fitting my son with his correct size, gave her opinion on best color to match his dates dress etc she answered all the questions we had and we felt at ease being there and having her help us. The suit side was tame compared to the dress side. We ended up buying a whole suit, vest, white shirt, 2 ties (we couldn't decide on the color) and 2 pocket chiefs. All for $275 which is less than what we paid to rent at MW. And my son will have this suit until he outgrows it. Perfect for upcoming clubs and interviews his senior year next year. And then she handed me a dress I thought I don't know , but bam it was the dress for me!! She knew!!! She took her time with me and showed me how I could get it altered if wanted to. What should've maybe taken 15 minutes took over 35 since the tailor had to keep playing cashier and bouncing back and forth. Here's an idea, have store associates to do the cashier duties, and tailors as well to take care of fittings and recommendations. The whole time the guy fitting me seemed nervous and like he didn't really know what he was doing. Fast forward, get the email that my suit is ready. I go in, jacket actually isn't bad, happy with that. The pants, way too high, and way too tight. If I lift my leg or sit the wrong way, they're ripping. I brought this up to the tailor, and they basically told me to pound sand and that I would have to pay to fix their mistake. Also, I had to flag them down since there was more than one other person in the store, and we all know how that goes. Long story short, avoid this men's wearhouse. They don't know what they're doing, they don't care, and they won't help you. You're better off going to the one in Poyner village parkway.

It took a total of 2.5 hours for them to put the suits into their system, and even then, they managed to mess up. Not only did they waste our time, but they also managed to send the wrong ties to all of my groomsmen, leaving us scrambling to fix their mistake just one week before the wedding. Additionally, every employee's attitude is rude and dismissive. Thankfully, we decided to take our business elsewhere and went to the other Joseph Banks in Raleigh. There, we were met with care, respect, and professionalism. If you want decent service, I recommend driving the extra couple of miles to the other Joseph Banks.
