My mom moved into a senior community and when it was time to sell her home we were completely overwhelmed with the amount of work required to clean out her home and prepare it for sale. Angel to the rescue! She came in and within a week had sorted, cataloged, put all the sellable items into lots, took clear photos and listed them all for online auction. We had a lot of fun watching the auction and the fact that the website is nationwide allowed our items to be available to a much wider audience than a local sale. Angel handled the pickup and shipping of any shippable items and managed the disposal of any non-sellable items. At the end of the process we had an empty house and were able to get it on the market within a week. While this service isn't inexpensive, I feel it was a good value for the work performed and I am totally happy with the whole experience. read more

Sold me a golf cart, claimed to be in good condition & drives. Bought it home, within 2.5 minutes of driving it, it shuts off and doesn't turn on. I feel like they sold me a golf cart, knowing it doesn't work. What are the odds, purchased & within 2 minutes.. it stops working. Waste of $1,600 and I will never shop here again. He has been living in his "man cave" for 50 years. The home, a huge garage and 2 sheds were packed with tools, motor cycle gear, home goods and memorabilia from around world. after winning a bid in south tampa on 9-15-24 laura decided to take something out of the items i won at auction and give it away to someone else !!!!! she bold faced lied to me, telling me she tried everything to contact me... and once i confronted her she could only stutter on her words. she did not try and contact me one time !!!!! laura in tampa is a liar & a thief be very very careful if yiure doing any business in tampa..... i have used ct bids in other areas multiple tines and never once had a problem. but what laura in tampa (so.tampa) did is inexcusable and so unprofessional. i will never do business with the tampa ct bids again.... read more

Moving an elderly parent from many states away feels like an over-daunting task. The realtor selling her house put me in touch with Angel. She immediately understood what I needed and laid out a plan. She went above and beyond to clean up the house to stage better photos for the house listing. After the house was under contract, we brought our mother home for a final time to pick out the belongings she would keep. We scheduled movers to take those items and that was the last we saw of the house. Angel took care of the rest. She managed to sell just about everything remaining, completing this effort a week after Hurricane Helene while she had no power, no less!! She could not have made the move any easier for us. My mom was moving into a senior living facility and we needed help with downsizing her belongings. Angel did EXACTLY what we asked of her and for a fair price. Without her and her team's help, we would have been stuck with unwanted room and wall furnishings. My mom's stuff was grouped into logical sale lots, photographed well, and posted in the online auction with good descriptions. The auction went as she predicted, slowly at first and then at a frenzied pace as the deadline approached. At the end of the day, everything was either sold or donated and we had an empty condo. Angel gave us a proper accounting of each lot, including how many views they each had. We are completely satisfied with her work and highly recommend her. read more

Angel (Angella) Martin is horrible. She collected my money for my order and shipping over a month ago and never shipped my items. After I paid, she stopped responding to any and all calls, text or emails. It has now been over a month of her ignoring me after she took my money and never sent me the items I purchased. Headquarters (corporate) states they cannot do anything. I honestly cannot believe this awful woman is still in business. Never using Caring Transitions again as the clearly DON'T care. Currently having to dispute this charge to get my money back, absolutely pathetic. read more

I am writing this review to warn others in the Pinellas County/Seminole FL area about the incompetent and careless work done by Angel Martin of Caring Transitions of Seminole aka "Angel Touches". She uses flimsy, inadequate packing materials, which in our case caused us to lose $5K worth of my mother's treasured collectibles (Waterford, Lladro, Lenox, Belleek). We hired her in the midst of our sudden grief over the loss of our mom and she took on the responsibility of packing 14 boxes of items that arrived at their destinations with 20 shattered treasures worth $5K, causing family grief and pain. She is a predator who took advantage of us in our vulnerability and pain. I simply want to make sure that no one hires her to touch their treasures. She said her team would be there and it was only her. She is totally incompetent and did not reimburse us for our losses. Please do not ever consider her as she will destroy most of what she touches. How she could pretend to say she was a packing/moving/relocation service is beyond me. Our attempts to get someone from headquarters to respond to our warnings have also gone unanswered and unheeded, so they do not care a bit either about anyone. They just take the franchisee money and the customer money and no responsibility thereafter. I recently made a move back to Michigan after living in Florida for many years. My house sold and closed within three weeks. Angel Martin, Caring Transitions, came, organized an auction of many household items, brought packing boxes and supplies, helped with packing, got estimates for movers and helped with selecting the best one. She was a calming influence throughout the rushed and very stressful process. She is a caring person with the best interest of the customer her goal. I won a stereo in Caring Transition Seminole online auction with pickup date March 30, 2024 between 1 pm to 5 pm. I arrived at 415 pm. There were no one around. I called the number listed on the auction invoice, receiving a voice mailbox, which was full. I couldn't leave a message. I texted the number that was listed on the invoice. I didn't get an answer. I contacted Caring Transitions Headquarters and the reception told me after checking with a supervisor that Angela had an emergency and couldn't make to the sale for auction pickup. Afterward the neighbor across the streets said about 15 to 20 showed up today for pickup. I drove 1 hour 1/2. As I was driving I received a text from Angela stating that she was in the hospital. I asked her why she didn't have one her staff members to be at residence for people. I told her I understand your emergency but she has an obligation to her business and she should have someone there to assist her if she couldn't be there. Angela told me that she would block me for not having compassion for her. Lord could someone tell me is this the way you run a business. Angela you need to improve you company organization or sell to someone that know how to run a business. Number 1. No one can run a public business alone. Thanks for blocking me you saved me a lot of money because I have been losing a lot of money through Caring Transition false listings and threats to block you if you don't comply to their rules. I think it time to start a class action law suit. I know I am not alone. read more
