I would have given more than five stars if I could. Marti took care of my husband for ten months…read moretill he passed. She is an excellent Healthcare worker/nurse. She was always Professional and dedicated to her work. She is highly motivated to giving excellent care. She is sincere and plans to expand her nursing education. I broke my leg in January and had to leave the house for weeks. she took over and worked with the healthcare agencies to create a schedule for the coverage of my husbands needs, made sure that food and meals were covered, did the banking and paid the other support help and kept me informed while I was in the hospital and rehab. She monitored my husbands sacral patch recommended a better wound care cream for his bed sores and maintained a stock medical supply. Made sure that he got his meds, kept him shaved and clean. Provided social interaction and even brought in takeout food for shared dinning. She has an excellent rapport with clients and patients. Kept my husband mentally stimulated with stories and humor. She bonded with my husband and made him feel that she was there for him and dedicated to his wellbeing over anything else. Her goal in life is to provide the best health care a patient can possibly receive. Her dream is to open her own care facility and provide care that would exceed the existing care facilities that exist now. I could not have had a better care person for my husband. I miss having her service and she worked so hard that I thought she would burn herself out. She is devoted to being a health care angel. Marti outshined all of the care givers that I had from several different agencies. She is professional, sincere, dedicated, caring, a honest person with integrity.

Faith Care should not be in the supplying of aides/caregivers business. Their billing practices…read moreare, shall we say, questionable to say the least. Their aides - for the most part - are disrespectful ... and if you dare to say that to Faith Care, they accuse you of being disrespectful to their aides. In fact, Faith Care has/had a habit of putting the responsibility of whatever bad happening solely on their clients. Also, it appears to me that Faith Care's aides have/had more rights than their clients. When you question if you had made a duplicate payment, Faith Care will argue with you and demand you prove that you have, instead of checking their records. Because of verbal abuse at the hands of one of Faith Care's "best" aides, I switched agencies from Faith Care to an agency named CT IN HOME ASSISTANCE. Everything bad that Faith Care and their aides are, My new agency is not. Example: Totally on their own, CT IN HOME ASSISTANCE contacted me last week, and informed me that they had found a duplicate payment and would be returning it (which they have), and they told me not to pay that week's invoice because my account is/was up to date. AND REMEMBER - THEY DID IT ON THEIR OWN! Opposite of what Faith Care does. And CT IN HOME ASSISTANCE's aide? He's more respectful than the last aide from Faith Care, he knows his job better than the last aide I had from Faith Care. Bottom line? In regard to Faith Care? BUYER BEWARE.
