However, that was far from the truth. The salesman Todd was very good about painting a rosy picture, but quickly failed us. Not only did my father have to wait the usual time when a new company starts ,but he had to deal with numerous delays to be paid for his services from bright star. Bright star never submitted his bills so he could get reimbursed. They were of course prompt to collect any money due to them. They used many stalling tactics when it came to my father being paid the amount that was due to him. It got so bad that we had to involve a lawyer because they refused to submit his bills for reimbursement. Todd was very aggressive salesman, he never looked out for our best interest, he was after the dollar. Sadly, the stress was too great for my father and he had his third stroke. This left him with long term effects and we almost lost him. I would never recommend a company that was more interested in becoming profitable at the expense of its clients. If you value your family member I would highly suggest that you go elsewhere. This company should be renamed Dim Star.

I am demanding my $5306.37 be forwarded to me via certified check. I have reported her to the Veterans Administration, Medicare, my Attorney, the Attorney General, BBB and a few more agencies who are interested in fraud cases like this. I was told that our aide had been with the company for many years when in fact the aide told me she was new to the company. The staff are RUDE and we caught them lying to us many times. When we questioned them they threatened my family that they would call protective services to cover themselves obviously. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They just lie to cover more lies. Their aide even called them liars. We also had things stolen from our home from one of the caregivers as well as mismanaged medications.

The wonderful people at this company responded immediately, dispatching their professionals to meet my mother and conducting a thorough site survey to ensure they could deliver on the services I requested. My mother found them charming, too. When the appointment day came they arrived early and got my mother successfully to and from the doctor's office without any problem whatsoever. They really saved me and my mother got the help she needed and was back on her feet again soon. I would definitely use them again for transportation or any of the other services they offer.
