We had a great experience all the way until our dog ate our daughter's retainer. We fully understood that we would have to pay something. I called over to set an appt up and she asked me if we had the molds. I was completely confused. I send my daughter in on her own (did this with my other two girls) so she can be forced to talk to adults and she also sets her own appointments based on her schedule. Gives them a little bit of adulting in a control environment. My daughter was 12 when she first started coming here. She is now 14. After the conversation with the secretary at the front I realized they gave the mold to my daughter. At least that's what they told me. I would never know cause I wasn't there or informed. I assumed if there was important information to be discussed, they would reach out via text or phone. Or better yet, they would ask my daughter to have a parent come in knowing she can't drive. So they must be in the parking lot. That way an adult can hear this important information. They only shared this with my daughter. We have no clue what happened to it. I can only guess she threw the bag away with the molds in it. Again she's 14. She probably retained 1/2 of the information they told her. The secretary explained to me if we had the molds we would have received a discount. Every little bit helps after you just paid a shit ton of money for braces. She explained to me without the molds it's full price. So I asked point blank how this is my fault. NOTHING was discussed with an adult. I didn't sign off on anything. She kept making excuses for their miscommunication. She was attempting to try and turn this conversation on me. I told her the problem I'm having is you keep trying to blame me, but as the parent who paid for this and was never once called or communicated with about the mold. Not emailed, not messaged....nothing. Is still having to pay for the lack of communication by the company. Bottom line beware of this company. Unfortunately they made the mistake and she admitted in the end. I told her moving forward she needs to communicate with her team that they need a parent at the closing when they receive the retainer. So this issue doesn't happen again. Her response was, I totally agree. I said funny you agree. Because you're admitting your office has communication problems, but yet earlier in our conversation you kept putting the blame on me. So damn frustrating!! So disappointed I am having to pay for incompetence of this staff.

They were able to get an exam, cleaning, fluoride, and xrays done without me even being in the room. They are the first practice that has been able to do this amount of work in one visit. We had a very traumatic first encounter with a previous dentist that left my daughter so fearful of even opening her mouth at the dentist. It would take at least 30 minutes of coaxing to even allow anyone to take a peek at her teeth after that incident. We were referred to Glen Ellyn Pediatrics by another provider after my daughter's cavities started worsening. We had been seeing Dr. Koh who was gentle, patient and just an all around great provider since we started coming to the office. Since my daughter was 4, we were using conservative measures in order to preserve her teeth with the cavities. We were hoping she would become more accustomed with the dentist visits to the point that eventually we would get her teeth pulled without it being so traumatic . One night she woke up crying in pain due to her tooth hurting. I called the office the next morning and they were able to fit her in within a couple hours. We saw Dr. Lambert who was very knowledgeable, had a great bedside manner and he was very patient with my daughter. He didn't seem rushed and he answered all my questions. I knew it was time to get her tooth pulled and set up a the procedure in 1 week. Due to covid, the schedule was bombarded with everyone trying to get in for their visits since the office had been closed for months. Before leaving, the office staff told me to call if anything came up and sure enough about 1-2 days later my daughter couldn't take the pain anymore. I called the office after hours and they were so wonderful and genuinely concerned. They set up the procedure to have her tooth pulled the next day. I was so anxious about the procedure but thankfully everyone went smoothly. They used oral versed and my daughter responded to it very well. She wasn't fearful one bit about the procedure and she doesn't even remember a lot about what went on. She even told me that it didn't hurt when they pulled her tooth. When I asked her if she wanted to go back to the dentist she cheerfully responded "yes"! I can't thank Dr. Lambert, Dr. Koh, Mallory and all the other office staff enough for the wonderful and kind service & help that they have shown to not only my daughter but to the rest of my family as well. I trust the staff fully and I recommend this clinic 100%!

I had been seeing a dentist group in Naperville for a few years and was experiencing unbelievable pain every time I had a cavity filled. I ended up having four root canals done in two years...and the pain continued. After one visit to Dr. Naga, she diagnosed me with Trigeminal neuralgia, which was confirmed by my physician. The problem has been solved with medication I need to take before dental procedures. Her staff is wonderful as well. They are friendly and efficient. I'm so blessed to have found this dental office.
