It was the most unprofessional infuriating a ride I've ever had . I will absolutely never recommend him to anyone . We contacted Denver NEMT Ambulette. Ray was able schedule us easily. Each time he arrived exactly as scheduled and we arrived at each appointment 15 -20 minutes early, which we requested. Ray is friendly and funny and extremely competent. I went with my sister to all of her appointments, Ray made it so easy. He was able to offer her footrests for her wheelchair. Next time we need a van, we'll definitely call Denver NEMT Ambulette. I highly recommend Ray. At one point one of the tests took longer than expected, Ray was able to work around the time change. We needed to wait for a time while he was helping another client, but he kept in touch ​and arrived within his estimated time. Thank you Ray!!

His vehicles were highly capable of transporting me and my wheelchair. I paid a pretty penny to have him available throughout the day and evening if I needed him. Fortunately for him, we did not require much travel accept to and from the Olympic Center and hotel On the morning of my first shoot, Ray had an argument with his girlfriend and was late taking me to the Olympic Center. Fortunately, the shooting event started late so I technically made it in time. I was a bit frazzled, but I still shot okay. All other scheduled drives were on time. His prices were a bit high, but I was satisfied with his service and I intended to use Denver Amulet for future shooting events in Colorado. Our final trip was a ride to Aspen to participate in the Veterans Winter Sports Clinic. I found on the morning of that he mis-quoted the cost of the trip to Aspen by quite a bit. Before traveling to Aspen, we looked at his laptop to confirm that the quote he provided me was actually in his system. He countered and said he would be losing money if I paid him the actual quote provided. (I am leaving out the actual dollar amounts). I reluctantly paid the additional cost, and we made it to Aspen safely. A couple times, we asked him to put the phone down while driving and he eventually complied. Ray is a great guy, and easy to speak with. He successfully took me to all my scheduled destinations. The missed quote to Aspen didn't sit well with me so I will be looking for transportation with other companies.

My parents have been using home instead since May. Without this service my parents would be in a…read morenursing home. The cost is similar/slightly better than other companies and far more cost effective than full time care. Once we understood how beneficial the service was, it was a clear economical and lifestyle choice. We have used other services and this one is the most compassionate. The staff listens and works to match the right care giver to the person. My dad appreciates all the care for his daily needs/hygiene/meals while My mom wants companionship, support and household issues taken care of. Somehow they balance it all. They go above and beyond! I'm writing this from the Greeley Alzheimer's walk where I am so pleased to see home instead supporting this organization. Mostly I just want to say thank you to all of these amazing folks- Bruce, Lisa and everyone ... without these care givers our family would not stay afloat!
