I had three different colors and they selected the perfect color and font that will see clearly on all. One thing I liked about this company is that upon drop off, they will email you a rendering of your product before completing the job. I really appreciated this feature because he asked for feedback and approval before moving forward. The job did not take long even though I dropped off around Christmas time. The price was even better, I could not believe the price I paid for the quality of services. I called the company after a google search around 10am, by 1130am, I had a returned call and voicemail. Later that day I was dropping off my order. Once my order was completed, I received an email that allow me to pay for my order online via email or card which is very convenient. They also offered a deliver service which I did not use as I live so far away. However, they offer delivery upon completion which is great. Overall awesome and I do mean awesome experience with Elliot Graphix. I have used so many other print and embroidery shops all over the U.S. and the service stands out here. I look forward to working with them again.

That stood out to me because I want to work with people who actually want my business. I spoke with Robbie. I sent him the images and he provided me with a quote and feedback. I told him when I needed the shirts and he said he could oblige. I told him I needed the shorts done by Friday. He had them done by Tuesday. Way far in advance. He continued to keep communication open and replied promptly when I reached out. He even offered to meet me so that I wouldn't have to drive to the print shop. I was very appreciative of that. I ordered 4 shirts for me and my friends. The shirts look amazing!! I will definitely do business again.

My company has ordered from them several times for our company kick-off swag including high-quality laptop backpacks, 30 oz tumblers, and wonderfully warm fleeces. Peter, the owner, is always accomodating and he cares about meeting our deadlines. Myself and the marketing/event planning team are grateful for his commitment, excellent customer service, and consistent output in any products we have ordered in the past. They honestly have a wide selection of designs and colors and as long as you have constant communication, then things should be fine as they call you and also email you. I have made some pretty awesome designs with them from Pikachu pocket shirts to Koifish hoodies for the organizations that I am a part of at Emory University. People who pre-order with me are super happy for the cost and quality. The people here are very nice and they really do whatever they can to make you happy. A lot of times, it's the price that turns me away but for them, you can always talk back and compromise. The graphics designer really tries to make sure to create what you want. There was a design of a koi fish that I submitted, but the image was in low resolution. At first, he made another whole new design, but he saw how sad I was and how I really wanted the original one. He took it upon himself to get back and spend extra time to make it work. At the end of the day it worked and no one asked him to do that. He wanted the challenge and to give me a smile at the end of the day. The process normally takes about 2-3 weeks, but you can always speed up the process to as little as 1 week with extra costs. Superb group. I am super happy for this company and I will continue to come here for anything I need as I create my brand or help a club out during my College years. I love this place and the people.
