It was incredibly uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. Even if there was a mistake or issue to address, there's a respectful and private way to handle that--this was not it. The energy in the store instantly shifted, and it made me want to leave. I believe how a business treats its staff--especially young or new employees--says a lot about its values. I won't be returning, and I sincerely hope the leadership reconsiders how they speak to/treat their team. Friends - Take your business elsewhere! Support local businesses who don't make a habit of being rude to our local teen workforce.

This sweet lady squatted down, gave our little Sheltie girl a treat, and received a kiss on the nose! Our little Sheltie girl knows the good people! We felt completely comfortable in this store and will be back. It's sorta weird. Some places in this beautiful shopping center on the water with an extensive boardwalk that connects many shops, are completely dog friendly, and there are other stores that won't let your fur baby past the front door. I'm pretty sure we would have spent significant $$ if we could have come in, but it's your loss! I'll give my money to the shops who don't exclude everyone with a dog. Have some balls non-dog loving stores and ask those with untrained dogs to leave your store. Let the well mannered dogs inside. Kudos to Life is Good!

They also offer rental items (strollers, baby bouncers, high chairs). Maternity clothes are also available. There was no restroom at the store - but they do have a key for a restroom for the plaza. Staff were helpful, it was close to close so we were able to browse all around without too many people inside. I found tons of pool and ocean floaties, shades, umbrellas, boogie boards, bathing suits, towels, snorkels, etc. You name it, they probably have it. Additionally they have tons of memorabilia for you in the form of loads of coffee mugs, magnets, stickers, key chains and more. Lots and lots of clothing for adults and kids inside as well.
