This Caribou location is very easy to get to off of Highway 10. It has a parking lot in front and also has a drive thru, which is very nice when you are on the go! The staff at this caribou has always been so pleasant! I have never had anything to complain about. The mochas here are great. My favorites are the turtle mocha and the campfire mocha. I get them hot, iced, and blended. It just depends what mood I am in that day! All ways are great though! I also love their teas, like the mango black one. The only bad thing about this caribou is it is quite small. In the winter when you can't sit outside, there is only so much space for seating inside. If you can find some spots though, this is a great atmosphere to hang out with friends or to get work done. They have wifi which is super nice! read more

The workers at this Caribou are so personable! Every time I go there I leave smiling. Believe it or not, this even happens when I'm going through the drive through. I actually came to this location two days in a row (catching up with a friend and the next day a business meeting). The first time I tried the recommended drink Fa La Latte (latte with eggnog) plus a shot of caramel (I only did a half shot of caramel because I was worried it would be too sweet for my taste.) It was indeed a good recommendation. Not my everyday kind of drink, but it is a nice twist on a latte. The next day I was engaged in a conversation about what was in a breve. The Barista promised me the perfect breve. They delivered! I think it's the love that makes the difference. read more

I had a horrible encounter at this caribou. I may be a coffee snob but I've never been treated this way: my drink: quad shot over ice in a 16oz with oat milk 2 pumps wc and 1 pump hazelnut. It's a very self explanatory drink. I don't always expect master piece when I get a drink like this, but when I got my drink it was disgusting. There was little to no ice in it. The shot was burnt and it tasted very watery. I come inside from the drive through and talked with the first girl at register, who I was, what drink I ordered and what needed to be fixed. She then proceeded to loook at me with what she said "a resting bitch face" and just looked at me like I did something wrong and was in no rush to fix my order or make me feel welcomed. The girl at the bar in the photo stepped in and told me she was the one who made the drink and said she didn't know how to make it first. And then made a scene over the fact that I asked for it to be remade and if I could help guide her how to make it good. She argued with me over the way the drink should be made. I explained to her how to make the drink and she seemed very irritated that I was even there. She explained to me that she made it exactly the way I explained and she can't understand why she had to remake it. I have been going to this caribou since I was in 6th grade of middle school. I am now 20 years old. Never have I experienced this rude behavior before. I was very understanding and kind to them when I came in and asked for it to be remade. The girl at bar proceeded to re make my drink VERY sloppy and almost throwing a tantrum about it. She poured in a burnt shot and spilt milk and threw in more ice. I have never been a person to write bad reviews. I can normally go about my day, but this made me feel really upset and frustrated. I was in no rush or hurry. It's safe to say that Caribou gets a large (too large!) portion of my paychecks. This is my morning stop before work every morning, and after trying many locations this one is my fave. There are a few workers that really stick out, make it a point to know you and your order and remember you. One in particular.. Michael is awesome. Very quick, makes conversation that is actually genuine and not just driven by a tip, and knowledgable. The drink I recommend, sparkling peach black tea.. "moosed" (add a shot) with mango. This is my favorite Caribou of all time, and you can tell it's pretty popular because it is busy all the time. The staff here is always friendly and fast. I love that there is a wide variety of customers here, from high school students, moms with kids, seniors, Harley riders, tattooed customers and those holding small business meetings. Location is convenient right off County 10 and I. And I love that they have a drive thru. Best part of this place is it's located in a corner of a small strip mall and 2 of its 4 walls are huge windows, perfect for enjoying sunny days. It's not a huge place so sometimes finding a table can be a challenge. And there are only 3 outlets available if you need to plug in your laptop. Still this is always our first choice for any coffee. And always Caribou coffee! Tip: They carry the holiday season drink Ho Ho Mint Mocha almost all year round. Most places only have them during the holiday season. read more

I'll pop in here to grab free wifi when Comcast/Xfinity is doing their usually sucking. I always find something new off their menu to try, from herbal teas to seasonal brews and other specialty drinks. And Caribou is technically a local biz! The service is always friendly, smiling, and efficient. I like that they showcase local flare (MN mugs) and options to donate towards local charities. For work-related purposes though, it is a pretty small location with not a ton of seating options. And the outlets are really loose so chargers don't stay (I desperately prop them up with my foot). They're in a small strip mall next to Little Caesar's so good luck resisting the smell of crazy bread and cheap pizza! read more

Asked for a hot coffee and received cold. When asked for correction they ignored me, I said I would just drink the cold then. Still no response. Got my oatmeal cold and hard. I asked them to heat it up and they told me they dont have a microwave and walked away. Horrible food and customer service. read more

I just went to this Caribou and planned on purchasing a mug, black coffee, and a breakfast sandwich. I picked up the mug, and then went up to the counter. The shop was almost completely empty, and there were three staff behind the counter. I waited for three minutes, totally unacknowledged, while the three staff did other things. I totally understand that they may have just finished a rush, or maybe were preparing for a large order, but it's still customer service 101 to at least acknowledge someone who's waiting to order. I decided not to order the sandwich since they seemed so busy, but when I ordered the coffee (black, nothing special), none of any kind was brewed. At a *coffee shop*. They all seemed to be aware none was ready and it was at this point that they began to brew some. So I waited again. Even if they had just been slammed or were preparing a large order, it's a little beyond me that they wouldn't at least have started brewing some more as soon as they knew they were out. They were all very pleasant and overall it wasn't even that long of a wait, but it did feel pretty messy and like the employees possibly need some training on better prioritization and customer service. read more

Most of the staff is very courteous and delightful. I have two problems with this location. 90% of the staff has problems making a no-froth drink. Second, the store manager is extremely aggressive and pushy about upsizing a drink or adding stuff on. I go there 3-4 times a week and you would think he would get a clue when I now preemptively tell him "no, i don't want a larger size or an extra shot". Instead I get "are you sure?" It almost makes me want to not go there anymore. read more
