After a quick Google search for coffee nearby (fully expecting to end up at Starbucks), the name "Drip Thru Coffee" caught my eye. It's a quaint, tiny drive-thru hut-style spot sitting in a strip mall parking lot--super cute and convenient with a solid menu of all your coffee favorites. I ordered a large caramel macchiato and a banana nut muffin. The coffee was perfect--smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet. Customer service was top notch! The young lady who helped me had such a warm, friendly smile--it really stood out. The muffin was tasty, but a bit colder than expected (they don't warm them), so just keep that in mind. Overall, a great quick stop--solid 4/5 stars. I'll definitely be back!

Oh crap, I forgot to give her my phone number." *Pulls my car forward a little bit* "Hmm...are those mine? That seems pretty fast." "They just wiped my cup with that white towel that touches everyone's hand and every cup's lid. That's nice." *Pulls my car forward to the spot to pick up my cold brew* "Hazelnut cold brew?" "Yep, me. I'm gonna taste it real quick." *Sips out of the hole even though it disgusts me because of the white towel* "That actually doesn't taste like it has any hazelnut. It taste like plain cold brew. Could I have that remade please?" "Yeah, sure." *15 seconds later* "It tastes the same" *15 seconds later* "It tastes the same" *15 seconds later* My sister speaks up: "There must be something wrong. Is the same exact drink being made? We want an extra sweet hazelnut cold brew and it doesn't taste sweet, so something needs to change." "So, I think you want 2 scoops of hazelnut and we'll see how that goes." *30 seconds later* "Yes, that tastes like how I wanted it to. Thank you."

Be very careful and monitor your transactions closely…read more I used my credit card at this location twice on 7/16/2026, and shortly afterward, my credit card information was used for unauthorized online purchases. I did not use my card anywhere else, which is why I reached out to the company to report my concerns. I contacted corporate and provided a very detailed email explaining the situation, including the dates, amounts, and order numbers associated with my transactions. Unfortunately, I do not feel that my concern was taken seriously. Their response stated that they had "successfully located and issued a refund for that double charge." However, I never reported a double charge or said that I was charged twice for the same transaction. My concern was that my credit card information may have been compromised and used for unauthorized purchases. The response I received did not address the actual issue I reported and appears to have misunderstood my detailed explanation. Please be cautious, monitor your credit card transactions carefully, and report any unauthorized activity to your bank or credit card company immediately.

I've been to a Ding Tea in another state and gather that these are likely all privately-owned franchise locations. Today, I went into this location with almost my full family, so a large party of 6 with energetic small kiddos, aloof teenagers, and adults looking to entertain everyone. Here's what I'll say about this location: First, the staff is very friendly and was kind to answer all questions of the many first-time guests in our party. We all ordered different drink. Second, most of our party was luke warm in their drinks, even the brand new 4yo didn't really enjoy it. My brand new 6yo was the only one who really liked their order. The problem with mine was that it was too sweet even though I ordered it with "slight" sweetness, which is supposed to be 30%. Third, the restaurant isn't very clean. The floor is in need of a good mopping, the seats and table need to be wiped down, and the health score on the wall is only 80 (which suggests there have been multiple infractions). That said, the restroom was clean. We probably won't go back, as there are plenty other boba places in Henry County.
