Every bite practically melted in my mouth. Piled onto a soft, fresh bun, it was simple but done exceptionally well--letting the quality of the barbecue speak for itself. The fries were hot and crispy, making the perfect side, and the restaurant was clean, welcoming, and ran like a well-oiled machine. The staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly despite how busy they were. If you're a brisket fan, this sandwich is a must-order. It's one of those meals that has you thinking about the next visit before you've even finished eating. Mission BBQ definitely earned a spot on my list of go-to barbecue joints.

We found them at FtMyers Brewery. We had the special of the day Short Ribs . (Wow!!! Perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, topped with Chimichurri. The meat fell off the bone. Sides were Texas style potato salad ( perfectly seasoned with dill..) and baked beans. Tyler found us to see how we liked it. We chatted and shared how the food truck began and how hard he has worked to build his business. He returned again to give us a sample of the brisket burnt ends. Melt in your mouth!! A portion of brisket and a thick slice of "cheese-stuffed meatloaf" with cucumber salad and cole slaw. Brisket was excellent. Meatloaf was amazing (and quite spicy!). Cole slaw was meh. Cucumber salad was great. It's not a huge portion of food but it was completely enjoyable. This place probably gets very busy during high season so it was nice to experience when it was not so busy.
