It was pretty hot by 1pm so we opted yo stay indoors. My husband & I both had the same thing-LR w fries. They are not New England style meaning they're served cold not hot mixed w mayo not butter. I didn't know that and I don't care much for mayo so this makes it 4 not 5 starts for me. The roll was toasted and lightly buttered which for me made it the highlight of the sandwich. The rolls came w hearty cut fries w the option of reg or Old Bay salt. We went regular but I bet OB is tasty too. The fries were well cooked good quality and nice and hot. The meal was served with a lemon half that had been grilled. Never had seen this before. Not quite sure what the grilling does but it was what seemed like a nice touch. This was one of the more expensive good options in Harbor Yard but it is lobster after all. We enjoyed it but would have preferred it not mixed with mayo. Still a tasty meal. Service was average. The cashier who took our order wasn't as friendly as the others we encountered during our stay @ Sunseeker. Not rude but didn't see her crack a smile either.

They prepare it sous vide, and it was incredibly tender. This is the kind of dish you're still thinking about the next day. The Ceviche Yatai was almost too pretty to eat. Almost. Fresh kampachi presented more like sashimi, smoked aji amarillo leche de tigre, crispy calamari, crunchy corn, and sweet potato. Beautiful presentation and absolutely delicious! The miso Chilean sea bass was tender and delicious, and the firecracker sushi was another hit. Then there was the lobster and crab encrusted tripletail with Boursin mashed potatoes, broccolini, and lobster guajillo butter. Yes, it was every bit as good as it sounds!
