I knew this was impossible and of course once we got past them we found the large bathrooms with no problems. Do the employees know, or even care, to direct their customers with such questions? 2) The poster outside for the latest James Bond movie was displayed in the Lightbox BACKWARDS. Someone actually put the one-sheet inside the glass case without even the pride or care to see if it was placed correctly (as a marketing film executive who actually worked on the last several Bond films, this really annoyed and insulted me). 3) My friend and I bought a large popcorn that we wanted to share, but because of Covid we requested an extra bag so we could divide the portions and not eat out of the same container. We were told no, because of 'inventory,' and that we would have to buy a full-priced extra serving of popcorn just to get the extra bag (we were asking for a paper bag, not a gold watch!). 4) Small complaint, but for a movie theater of this size not to carry ice cream products (especially in a warm, sunny, hot climate) seems wrong. I am not saying 'the customer is always right,' but seriously--the above issues are not asking too much! I would love to know what the manager might say to know this-I would hope they would care enough to address for future patrons.

There is no way a concession stand should take 30 minutes with 10 people in line to be served. Everybody moving very slowly to serve you one or two people that are actually helping it's unacceptable. Service needs to run faster and more efficient and show that they've actually had some training. are your customers to come into the movie on time go in and sit down and come back out or send their loved ones and to sit down while they wait in line for 30 minutes for a simple bag of popcorn while they're missing the thing that they came to see in the first place that they paid their money for should never ever happen.

Overall, I've always liked this cinema, but it just never stood out from the others in San Juan and Guaynabo. Add to it that it was the farthest from me and it became my fourth choice. Since then, it has undergone several upgrades. One of them is the 4DX room, where the seats move around and you get several special effects thrown at you during the movie. Just like for some rides at theme rides. My wife and I decided to check it out when we saw Top Gun: Maverick. Overall, it was fun. It helped that the movie was also fun. However, it's not something I think I'll do again. It's one thing for a short ride, but for a feature length film it's a bit too much and gets old. Again, this is a nice cinema. The staff does a good job at keeping it clean and ordered. However, unless the movie I want to watch is only screening here or I decide to give 4DX another shot, it'll still be the 4th or 5th choice.

Great movie theatre at the T-Mobile District in San Juan! They have reclining seats, seat service…read moredining, and a Screen X dedicated theatre, which has screens on three walls for an immersive viewing experience! It was very clean and the service was prompt and friendly. Not to mention that theatre ticket pricing was much cheaper than in the states.
