We had our pool completed in 2023, and since then we've had ongoing issues that have only gotten…read moreworse over time. After spending over $91,000, this has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, there were problems with the workmanship. The coping was installed with chipped and cut edges facing the front where everything is visible. It looked unfinished and should have never been installed that way. They ended up replacing the coping, but not because of that it was replaced because the top of the pavers started peeling. When they redid it, they still installed pieces with the cut edges facing outward again. We later learned from another pool company that this is not how it should be done, the edges are supposed to be smooth and properly finished, not left rough and exposed. When they reinstalled the coping, they were cutting it right next to the pool, and all of the debris went directly into the pool. On top of that, the hot tub was installed too low and had to be raised. The biggest problem has been the spray deck. The very first time the coating started peeling, they attempted to patch it, but the color didn't match, so they recoated the entire deck. After that, it began peeling and lifting in multiple areas, and it continues to get worse. This is not a small cosmetic issue. The damage has continued to spread, and more areas are lifting over time. At first, we were blamed for the damage, which didn't make sense given how widespread it was. Later, the project manager acknowledged the issues and said they would be fixed, but that never happened. We didn't ask for anything unreasonable, we just wanted it fixed correctly. We also experienced issues with the pool and spa lights after about a year and a half. When looking into it, we discovered there were installation concerns that raised safety issues, including how the electrical components were set up. Between the decking continuing to fail, the repeated coping issues, the careless installation, and the electrical concerns, this has been extremely frustrating. I originally posted a review, but it is no longer visible, so I am reposting it to share our experience. After sharing my experience, I received legal correspondence regarding my review and had to seek advice on how to respond. I am simply sharing my honest experience as a customer. I strongly recommend doing your research before choosing this company. All we wanted was for them to stand behind their work and make it right.

I use my sauna 5 times a week without steam and 2 days with. Hardley ever miss a day. The Vigor however is an everyday thing, sometimes twice a day even in the winter. It is much harder to get into, you have to pump yourself up a bit, but the benefits are unbelievable. I am 65 years old and both of these are an absolute must. When I go on a vacation and miss even just a couple of days, I begin to feel it the difference and the first thing I do when I get back is a 40-degree plunge in my Vigor, followed later on with a 190-degree sauna in my Tylo! It's a beautiful thing!! East Texas Spa delivered and professionally set them up at no extra cost. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to use them for all their sauna and spa needs. And if you do not yet know the benefits of cold-water exposure, and what the release of cold-shock proteins can do for your body, look into it. We've had…read moreissues with the bluetooth that had everyone scratching their head, ordering parts, dealing with delays in getting the parts from the manufacturing company and COVID. Last week Brett contacted me again to tell me they finally have the topside control panel for the entire spa.....yeah. Brett showed up early and had the bluetooth system working again. It sounds fabulous, the speakers have high end quality sound and makes the entire spa time even more relaxing. David worked with us during this entire process. I felt so sorry for him as getting the parts were out of his control. Then Brett, total gentleman and professional who explained each step he was taking to attempt to fix the issue, much thanks friend. Thanks to Benny and Jeremy who also stopped by one evening after the completed their spa deliveries for the day and worked well past dark to help. The ladies in the office who kept getting out calls for any possible updates, thank you. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase back in July and delivery in August. Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.
