The make-up that Tracy has is always the colors that are in for the season! Foundation stays on. (Has colors for every skin tone). She has some very pretty eye shadows and blushes. They come in individual compacts. She also has a warm and cool tone collection of various colors of blush and eye shadows. I have really liked having that variety available. Use it every day! They double booked and rushed our wedding day without notice and promised a full day till 1:30pm but left at 11. They made us call people to get to the venue earlier that day because they were rushing the bride to get both jobs done before noon. Couldn't ask for touch ups cause we were told we're on a limited time line but was told we had and signed till 1:30pm. Makeup artist left at 10:30am to get to the next wedding. Couldn't recommend less. Be ready to pay for your own fake lashes and provide your own mascara and lipstick.

To no avail, I stopped at a local fitness club and asked the desk girl where to go. She told me her husband comes to Ella's and recommended it. So I looked no further and here I came. I was able to just walk in and see someone no problem and it was awesome. I can't for the life of me remember my stylist's name but she was awesome. She was friendly and curious about my trip and we were able to talk my entire haircut with no awkward silences like usual. My hair honestly looked better than ever before and I wish I could come back here just to get a haircut. When I got my receipt I couldn't believe my eyes at the price and thought I would give a decent tip to make up for what I thought was too inexpensive for what I got! ​So I went to get more money because the large dryer did not fully dry my cloths. I checked it at…read morethe end of cycle and left. Came back and added $3.25 and it added 5 minutes. What ?!?! I talked to staff they said nothing they can do they don't refund or start dryer even though I paid full amount and they got cameras and only one other customer here so should have a good view of everything. Also I checked with my other dryer adding one quarter adds 3 minutes so what there a five minute limit too. Because I added 13 quarters that's 39 minutes, not 5 ! So I had to repay and they wouldn't even give me a complaint form . Said they didn't have none. Also they mopped while I was here and did so poorly they a couple of big puddles I could have easily slept in. I am beyond pissed at this point. Also one dry should have been enough to dry my clothes my load was not overly big for the size of the dryer.
