Great location to sit out and enjoy music or karaoke. Can't beat the evening sunset as boats go back and forth.

Okay hear me out lol I'm not really quite sure what scale to use to actually rate this establishment. It's in the middle of nowhere. It has a very interesting group of patrons that frequent this establishment. The bartenders seem a little rough and tough. I really can't explain it. Lots of shoeless people, people that have been up for days and a bit of a rough crowd but let's face it I had a blast. Most importantly it is literally right on the chain of lakes and it is very important to mention they have a boat up, drive through window! There's a first for everything. So funny. They cannot serve open containers but can give you a closed lid drink. The live music they offered seemed like they had a pretty good following. There were lots of people outside listening on the patio. Good vibe. Let's face it I would go back, I had a darn good time.

Love Caribbean Bay! Boats can pull right up on the water and they have amazing entertainment on the patio. Always a good Sunday Funday! Highly recommend their famous Rum Runners- very delicious and strong for a frozen drink. They always have a very friendly crowd and the staff is really great. Even when they're busy (which is every time I've been) the servers are very attentive- but you can always go inside and order drinks directly from the bar. Cool Pool tables inside by the bathrooms. Just make sure you shut the front door behind you or guests will scream "shut the door" at you until it's shut. Diverse group of people- all persons welcome. Biker and smoker friendly, too.

What a great stop after a great concert at The Ritz in Winter Haven. Reminded me of my hometown. It was open mike/ karaoke night. Everyone was having fun outside like Floridians do, I felt as if I knew everyone. My buddy Doug got me to try his favorite Miami Vice which did not disappoint. Great place to unwind abs listen to some music. Will definitely have to come back when there is a band.

Stopped by on our way through Winter Haven. Pleasantly surprised by the ambience of the patio deck overlooking the water.

Fun place! Nice tiki hut outdoors. Great service! No food, but it's nearby. It's a little off the beaten path, bring your own boat!

Last week we had drinks and I ordered a Margarita less OJ like I always do. It was straight sour mix on ice. Verified by 2 people at the table. I told the server that I think they forgot the tequila. She came back with the same drink and said the bar said "its because I skipped the OJ" ?? Well that would make it taste like sour and OJ wouldnt it? It still wouldnt taste like Tequila because there was none in it. Tje poor server agreed with me and apologized. She also said management will not let them freepour anymore and they are mandated to use jiggers. She said there had been several complaints about drink quality. I left the full drink , minus 3 tastings , on the table. Not only didnt they remake it, they charged me for it. Fast forward a week and we had friends visiting so we took the to the tiki to eat lunch. Everyone had mahi , 2 fried, one blackened. The blackened dish was cut up like french fries and drier than dirt. No one ate it. The fried plates were terribly fishy. I eat fresh mahi routinely and this wasnt fresh by any means. Im afraid we are going to have to find somewhere else to visit. There just aint much good around there anymore but the views, the music and the conch fritters ( but even they werent that great last time)

PORT 27 - A Waterfront Night Worth Pulling In For…read more.. Friday night in Florida... and instead of fighting I-4 traffic to Orlando or Tampa, I decided to pull into Port 27 and see what the buzz was about. Parking was full, always a good sign, but somehow I found a spot right as I pulled in. That already felt like the night was off to a good start... As soon as I stepped out of the car, I noticed the lighthouse glowing under a spotlight. At night, it completely transforms the space. It gives off this cool nautical, almost Nantucket-style coastal vibe the kind that makes you forget you're still in Polk County. Walking in, you're greeted by the soft glow of overhead lights and a courtyard that feels alive but relaxed. On the left are food trucks designed like train cars. Such a cool touch. There's a crêpe truck, a seafood truck, and a taco truck, all adding to the variety. They also have a burger spot and a pizza shop, so no one leaves hungry. Families were enjoying the play area in the center, letting the little ones burn off energy while adults relaxed. There's even a swing near the brewery that makes for a great picture spot. Speaking of the brewery... I didn't grab a beer this time, but that's definitely happening on my next visit. There was a DJ playing near the lake, music floating across the water. The bar sits right on the waterfront, and with the moon in a soft waxing crescent phase, just a slim "baby" crescent in the sky it made the whole scene feel cinematic. The green glow of the dock lights reflecting off the water on a Florida night? Amazing. I stopped into the coffee shop and enjoyed a cup of coffee and some Dubai chocolate squares that were absolutely worth trying (and re-trying). What I really appreciated is that Port 27 gives Polk County residents a true waterfront night-out experience without the drive to Orlando or Tampa. No I-4 commute is definitely a plus. I get the allure now. It's relaxed, scenic, family-friendly, and still great for a date night or meeting friends. The lighthouse is the perfect finishing touch it pulls the whole vibe together. I'll definitely be back to explore more.

We opted for the alcoholic drinks, but if I came again, I'd opt for the mocktails, as both we ordered were crazy light pours. The food was pretty good. The highlights for me were the fries, onion rings, and the jalapeño ranch, which I suspect is housemade. The burgers were decent, but mine came out pretty much well done, when I ordered medium rare. Took the key lime pie to go, and it was good! Overall, worth a visit. They certainly have a great location.

When you arrive the parking lot connects to a walkway that is lined with tiki torches they light up after the sun goes down leading you to the bar area and then the restaurants tables on the docks. The open facing lake view is absolutely gorgeous, when you get to the restaurant area you can pick any open table and a server meets you promptly. They have everything from fresh seafood, delicious burgers, and crisp fried side options like tater tots, onion rings, and of course French fries. We ordered their Mushroom, Onion and Swiss Cheeseburger and the Smokin' Jalapeno Burger! Both were solid burgers with 1/2 lb angus beef thick patty and great flavor combinations. Ordered some drinks from the bar that were refreshing and for dessert we split the Key Lime pie that is a MUST order (sorry not sorry Publix)! For amazing views, great food, and relaxing vibes, I highly recommend making your way out here soon! We will be back to try out some of their seafood and specials very soon!
