Then i get my cpap supplies the other day in the mail. wrong mask and such know they say i have to drive 8 miles to return them. I can't in good faith suggest anyone go to them. Very bad service .and doesn't seem to care about people .i feel bad for people getting treated like this.so please go somewhere with a heart that cares about people.

I would take the prescription to Care Pro and order the shoes. No problem. Now as of three years ago, Care Pro has done everything in their power to prevent me from obtaining these shoes, from questioning my actual need for the shoes to actually questioning my doctor's qualification to write the prescription. Instead of acting as a shoe provider, they want to get very intimately involved in my doctor/patient relationship requiring my doctor to send them minutes of our visits. It was bad enough that last year it took three months to get the shoes I was entitled to, but this year they threw so much red tape at me I just cancelled the order. They advertise all the time about how they are there to fill the patient's needs, but I found it to be just the opposite.
