I do not have too many experiences with Care Now and the like as they are typically more expensive than a PCP and nobody ever seems happy with their experience at one. However, I had a serious issue with my eye and was really concerned I had scratched something. Having terrible vision and being heavily dependent on my contacts (which I couldn't wear in this condition) to be able to drive or work, I knew I had no other choice on a Sunday morning. I was looking through my options at 5am and this one opened the earliest at 8am and was also the closest, so I searched their website, looking for details. I was able to do an online check in to get in line where I could choose a time or "earliest available." I received an email with a link that needed a 4 digit code from reception to complete registration. I was intending on showing up at 8am and just take my chances, but I didn't need to worry about that as Ashley tried to call me at 7:39am. I of course missed the call and couldn't return it as the system wouldn't let me through since they were still closed. However, she did call again while we were en route and explained the process and gave me a 4 digit code. I easily completed the registration in the parking lot, it was the most basic of information and then uploading the front and back photos of both my ID and insurance card. Then I walked right in at 8am where she greeted me and had me fill out a 2 page HIPPA form. I was only in the waiting room for a few minutes before the nurse, Sarah, called me back to get my vitals and takes notes on the reason for my visit. She spent an appropriate amount of time with me and repeated a few of the details before telling me that Dr. Tariq would be with me shortly. The longest I had to wait was a few minutes for the doctor to come in and again after she performed some tests on me (yay, nothing was scratched), maybe around 8 minutes or so for her to return from sending my prescription to the pharmacy. While I found her bedside manner great during the consultation, I did mention an eye ointment that had worked well for me in the past and she prescribed me some other eye drops that burned and didn't seem to work as well- well not as fast at least. I ended up being fine, but the paper work that was given to me with details/medicine instructions/similar said to return in 3 days if my condition had not improved. It had been expensive, so I considered calling and asking for the prescription to be changed, but was pretty sure they would make me return and spend more money. I have no intention of returning as it's nearly twice as much as seeing my own doctor, but I do appreciate that I have the option for a quick appointment in an emergency, including weekends. When viewed that way, I think this location is a good choice for what they are. read more

Some of the slowest people ever. I came in for a standard drug screen with NO ONE else in line before me. Was waiting for 30 minutes before they gave me more paperwork to finish checking in. When I asked why it took 30 mins to get me paperwork they needed me to complete, they said they had an issue with paperwork for another patient that wasn't even in the office. Honestly the worst place for getting care and genuinely a nightmare to go here for any level of injury or illness. The kindest person in here is the X-ray technician. Front desk staff always has an attitude and they will sit at the counter making jokes about patients who are sitting less than 10 feet away. I've been stuck going here for the past two months for a work injury and I had to sit there and argue with their doctor about giving me the proper restrictions and wording for paperwork to give to my employer. My review is about what happened on 11/27/24. I scheduled an appointment at 19:00 hours because that was the only time they had available. We arrived very early at 17:16. The lights were off inside. When I knocked on door a person stepped in to the light. They would not answer the knocking at the door.. The posted time to close was 20:00. Staff Helpful and efficient. They work at doing things quickly. I was in at about the 10 minute mark. Staff used good technique with masks and hand washing as well as handling specimens. Was "greeted" by a girl on her computer. She was too busy to look up and said "give me a moment I'll be right with you". Had me awkwardly stand there and wait while she finished her email or whatever. She told me to scan the QR code and go have a seat. I asked her what the wait time was and you would think I offended her. After a long moment of silence, she looked to the other 4 girls and said "any idea" and they all just looked puzzled. Finally, she said 1-1.5 hrs. I asked if she was sure, because I didn't want to be on the other side of the town and have her call me and say I was ready and I'm 30 minutes away! Again, the same look- you're bothering me. Finally, one of the other girls spoke up and said they would hold my place. I came back and and a new girl said she could get me back and she needed my co-pay now. I paid and watched almost everyone that came in after me go in first. Frustrating. I finally see a PA and she asks me what's wrong and I told her allergies. She tries to get me to take a covid test, I refused. I think I know what allergies feel like. She just kept talking about covid. Big money maker for them. Anyway, she asked what I wanted- I told her the steroid injection I have taken and that it works great for me and that it lasts for 6 months. She said we don't have that, so I should try this other cortisone shot that works almost as good. I said I would just go somewhere else and get the shot. She said she couldn't guarantee it would work as long, but it's pretty good. I said why not just get the one I have used before. She said "you know with costs and everything these days". I received a call today from a friend in tears that she is in excruciating pain in her back and she can't move at all. So I bring her to care now at Rayzor ranch. She checked in at 12:30p online and I took her in at 3p. We waited in the lobby for about 40mins before they took her to an exam room. The nurse practitioner was very nice and seemed like she truly understood the pain my friend was in and she was very kind, calm, and soft spoken. When she left she said, "DR Williamson will be in in just a minute." We sat there for another 40mins before the DR came in. When DR Williamson came in he was very monotone in his overall morale. He never introduced himself, just dove right in to asking questions, which is alright and all, but he was very rushy and even sort of did the whole "omg-here-we-effing-go" wide eyed look, he didn't even try to hide the fact that he was getting a bit of an attitude as she answered questions through tears. He was very stand-offish and didn't seem to care whatsoever. Furthermore, she was in so much pain she was physically trembling, her face was red and, as I mentioned before, she was crying. At other care now facilities, I've seen people get a shot for the pain for less! I realize they're a quick emergence place but patients deserve some sort of understanding and respect. Referred me out to a specialist and told me they would call, I ended up having to call back because the specialist never got the referral. I come in to see if I have the flu or Covid because my symptoms are severe and are in line with both illnesses, once they take all my info down and the actual doctor shows up is when I have a problem. I describe to her 'severe' symptoms of chills, headaches, muscle aches with pain levels at 10 a good amount, a fever that regularly stays at 102-103. After describing that and more, one of the first questions she asked me was when I was ready to go back to work, which I felt was very strange and took me a second to process. She gave me no medication and diagnosed me with a viral infection and said I would be good to go back to work in 2 days. Feeling completely unsatisfied wasting my money just to feel the exact same pain, I went to the ER the next day only to find out I had pneumonia. No no come on in we will call you when to come. This was at 2:22pm. At 6:02 they told me they were ready for me. My husband and I went to the clinic and I checked in. This was at 6:18. At 7:52 they finally took me back to the room. 5 other people came in after me (one was a dog bite I understand that one) but the other nope. I have come to this place a few times beforehand and the only annoyance I had run into was wait times - however I understand that everywhere is slightly understaffed at the moment so usually this is not a problem. However, today I went in with a suspicion I had pink eye - which is highly contagious - and wanted to confirm this as I work in the food industry and did not want to spread it. I was brought back into a room after waiting a little over an hour and was finally seen after two hours. The doctor came into the room (not wearing medical clothing) shined a light in my eyes once, and told me "they look fine to me" when they had been leaking yellow pus the past 36 hours and burned terribly. I told her about my suspicions I had pink eye and asked if I could go to work to which she said "I could go back to work if I wanted to" even when I clarified that I work a job where I would be making drinks to serve to people. I was surprised by this as I figured I was contagious since my boyfriend seems to have caught whatever I have to which she said "pink eye really isn't as big a deal as society says it is - you would go to work if you had something contagious like a runny nose". If I am contagious why are you assuring I can go back to work where I can potentially infect multiple people? I'm not a medical professional and just assumed I had pink eye - she took this as fact without truly asking/looking into it. Additionally, we were prescribed eye drops that could be bought over the counter and basically told to just give them a call if things get worse after two days. I understand that there was probably many patients to see in a small amount of time, however i paid $65 and waited two hours to not even be looked at and to be told "she could write me a work note if I really wanted one". Now I have to make another appointment somewhere else to determine I don't have an infection since they deemed I had something "undetermined". Highly disappointed, frustrated, and will not be returning. I should have went with my right mind because I felt the insincere in the voice of the first two calls I made to this office..Just, Unprofessional, Inconsistent and Fake!
