Came in on a Sunday for upper respiratory cold/issues that have been long term. Listened to my chest/heart, (did not look at ears, nose or throat), swabbed for COVID and flu, and sat for an hour and 15 minutes to have the assistant come in and looked surprised I was still in the room. Not even sure if Covid/Flu results were accurate at that point, since they never mentioned them when they finally got back to me. Was given a round of antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection. I was talked down to by the PA when I asked questions. Seemed like I was wasting their time. Lacked compassion and professionalism. Went to my PCP the following day (Monday) and was diagnosed with pneumonia. read more

This review is purely about the check in process. They offer a great website check in feature. They even ask, how long will take you to drive in. I didn't want to wait to get a phone call, so I went to wait in the parking lot after checking in online. So when I showed up at 8:00 am when they open, my thought was that I was already checked in. No need to rush to the front of the line...WRONG! Apparently, the web check in does NOTHING, except expedite the registration process. So, now I will wait another hour after already waiting 40 minutes in the parking lot. Do better CareNow, this should be a pretty easy fix. You already have the web check in system, that should have time stamps. Just call people in the order they registered, whether in person or on the web. read more

I go in there, the only person there it takes 30 mins to get me back there, i tell them hey I can't breathe, my throats swollen, my ears ache ect., this in all told me to gargle salt water and thats all!!! wasted my time energy and money to get told to gargle salt water! This place is a absolute joke and if I could, I would sue for mal practice, not a single women in there should have there job, all they do is sit at the computer and rush through stuff to get it over with, not a single care in the world! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in to have my incision from a spinal surgery checked and not only did they forget about me and had me waiting for 2 HOURS, but the doctor harshly swabbed my back without any warning or consent and caused me severe pain. They didn't even do testing and said "it probably isn't but I would definitely follow up with your dr next week". All the time and money, and they didn't even test it to see if it was infected. Don't go here it sucks! Might I add, the dr put a bandaid on my incision and said "it might fit" and ended up putting the sticky part that pulls ON MY INCISION. read more

my husband went to see doctor at CareNow. we paid $180 for the visit because they are not on his insurance. we then get another bill from them 2 weeks later for an additional $107 that had no explanation what it was for. we contact CareNow for itemized statement. the due date on the bill is 10/26/2024. so we are waiting on the itemized statement and the company decides to go ahead and take the $107 out on 10/9/2024. not even on the due date. and we still have not received the itemized statement. we tried calling the company but it is only automated phone and no one to talk to. read more

I went in for a covid Test on 6-26-20 and Everything was good. Staff professional and seemed to be taking all precautions. I was seen by the Doctor who was great and took time with my questions and made sure I was comfortable before she left. I don't online checkin and they told me what time to arrive and I had absolutely I wait. I did wait about 20-30 mins between testing and the doctor coming in but doctor apologized immediately when entering the room to see me. This was my first visit here at this place. The place was very clean. There was other patients there and I still Did Not have a long wait time. I was attended to Quick. Like most everyone ,I prefer not going to a Doctor. The staff here made me feel at home. So it made the overall situation (sick experience) better. The staff and the Dr. were very professional. I had been here before. My own PA is in the Tri-Star group. Yet, this facility has had a change. Previous visits had been met with better manners and a human element. This visit, Dr. Morton, who I had not encountered in a prior visit was more interested in telling me my problems than allowing me to tell her. They are very convenient and pleasant to deal with at a time when you're hurt. I appreciated their fast intake and quick service during my last visit when I needed stitches from a hand laceration. The medical care was excellent and I had no post issues if infection. Highly recommended them. read more

We all dislike going to the doc. But if you have to go...this place is clean and the environment friendly. I hate waiting in doctors offices, no wait time here. Go online and register and they call you and tell you what time to come in. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room or the exam room. read more

This clinic is the best in middle tn!!!!! I'm so glad we found this gem! From the front desk to the back everyone is friendly and wants to help. This is such a breathe of fresh air. I got to CareNow at 4:00 pm. One young man around mid 20's was the only person in the lobby. He was filling out papers. We both got done with paperwork at the same time. An elderly woman is discharged and goes out the door. The young man was taken back fairly soon after finishing paperwork. Waited about 15 minutes and then a woman with a young boy came in. Filled out paperwork. After 15 minutes, the little boy was called back. A middle aged woman came in and filled out paperwork. 10 minutes later, I am called back. As they are taking my vitals, the young man who checked in with me is discharged. It is 1.5 hours before I am seen by a doctor. I wait 20 more minutes after Dr leaves to get a steroid shot for a bulging disk and muscle spasms. 2 hours after arrival, I am discharged. 2 People in front of me, that is all. This was all confitmed by my wife who waited in the lobby. All I got was, "Sorry about your wait." Unbelievable!! Consider yourself warned! read more
