I would give a no star rating if at all possible. We were there for more than four hours on a Wednesday. We arrived around 9:30am and filled out what I thought was all the paperwork and was told it would be about an hour. After waiting for more than 45 minutes I was called and finally asked why my daughter was being seen. 5 minutes later I was called back up to complete more paperwork. 45 minutes later I had to ask at the reception desk how soon we would be seen; I was told it would be about another hour and was asked if we wanted to leave and receive a call when a room was available. Living 20+ minutes from this location we chose to wait. As it turned out it was a good thing we didn't leave because about 30 minutes later we were called to a room. We waited in the room for more than 30 minutes, again with no updates until I asked. About 15 minutes later a nurse practitioner arrived, conducted an exam, and indicated an xray was needed. We waited almost 40 minutes to have the xray done, and almost 45 minutes to get the results...again, no updates during that timeframe until I asked. Checkout took almost 15 minutes. When we arrived there were 5 people in front of us, all of whom left before we ever went back to the room. We will NOT ever go back to this CareNow location. read more

I have had nothing but positive experiences with PA. Cameron Whitaker and Care now Keller.  The offices are new, clean, and they run on time.  Ms. Cameron consistently answers all my questions before and after making my appointment.  PA. Cameron Whitaker provides a safe, understanding, sympathetic, sensitive practice, and always accompanies her diagnosis with treatment suggestions in addition to recommendations.  She is the first Doctor I have ever had that concentrated on wellness of the mind, body, and soul. Seriously, she is the first doctor that ever made me leave all my other doctors and my family's for her medical care.. Her kindness and knowledge has won me and my family and will follow her at this care now or any other places of practice. The care now office personnel and nurses are wonderful people that create a safe and comfortable environment to an otherwise stressful situation. To everyone out there trying to find the best in medical care, Ms. Cameron Whitaker PA. And her staff at care now Keller have earned not only my business but my trust and respect. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Nadia Alawi-Kakomanolis since a fall from a ladder that occurred 3 months ago. She has always been professional, knowledgeable, concerned, and caring. Dr. Alawi spends time with me and my husband, listening to our concerns and symptoms, and is very patient with all of the worker's comp paperwork and phone conferences that are involved with a work injury. After my initial examination, Dr. Alawi was concerned about my motor skills after a concussion with loss of consciousness, and she did not hesitate to order stat MRI testing and/or referrals as she felt that further diagnostic work was required. Ultimately, her expertise led to an additional diagnosis of a benign brain tumor. l I have utmost faith in Dr. Alawi, her office staff, and the Care Now clinic. I appreciate her straightforward unvarnished advice and highly recommend her and the clinic in Keller, Texas. read more

I been to this Care Now Clinic 3 time now and every time it has take my illness serious. I been to hospitals in Grapevine and other places. They made me feel like, I was on a time table. I told them what was wrong and it felt like the ER doc was thought oh it must be this. Here take this and I was out the door. But not at this Care Now. They took the time and listen to what I told them. Then they either talked amongst themselves or were made phone calls if they were unsure of something. They made sure I walked out of there knowing what was wrong with me. They gave me prescriptions for mads that actually worked for what I had. I walked out of there this last time wishing they could be my primary care people. To care now thank you for doing what you do thank you for taking care of people. read more

The ladies were in the back saying racist comments about the democratic nominee , Kamala Harris. They were explicitly discussing their bias and making comments of her lack of blackness. The girl at the front desk was laughing and when I asked her to ask them to discontinue she laughed in my face. I'm apart of a multiracial family and I am disgusted and so disappointed. My family will never return to this racist location again. By the way ladies her race should not matter- what we should be focused on is whether she or President Trump are up for the task of unifying our country and fixing the deep rooted issues we face in America. Do better, and know your audience!!!! By the way I am bi racial, and my daughter is multi racial as well. This is really disheartening. read more

I registered online and checked in online. Called with in about 15 minutes and asked to go ahead and head on in. Got to The CareNow in Keller and the waiting room was clean and the girl at the front desk was very nice. Waited maybe 1-2 minutes and was called back. The nurse was very nice, listened and very thorough. Maybe 4 minutes later Dr. Cosgrove came in and she was as nice as everyone else. Went over history and was patient with me trying to pinpoint an allergic reaction I had. I would say that I was in and out within 45 min which is a whole lot easier and short that ER. I am sure I would still have been sitting in the waiting area at the ER 45 min in. Thanks CareNow Keller!! I think they need more hours or even 24/7. read more

I am really happy with the service and care I received on my recent visit. The Web Check-In worked great. I was able to stay home with my family instead of dragging everyone to sit in a waiting room for 2 hours. The Intake person, the nurse, the doctor, and the lab tech were all very friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about how I felt. I didn't expect this because the last time I was here several years ago, it was not like this at all. They followed-up with me the next day over the phone and again about 5 days later! Dr. Wilks was very helpful and listened to everything I had to say without rushing me or making me feel like he was not interested. I will come back here if I need care again! read more

After being misdiagnosed at a practice I had been going to for years... Feeling sick on Friday night brought me here. Front desk was so friendly and helpful! I was brought back within 15 minutes. The nurse was very helpful and made sure to get all information about my on going sickness. I was seen by Cameron (PA?)... She was amazing. So thorough and answered every question I had. After 2 days on the medication she prescribed, I was on the road to recovery! After 3 weeks of not feeling good, I'm finally feeling like myself again thanks to Care Now! I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience here and wouldn't hesitate to return! read more

I do not have a regular doctor so I decided to try CareNow. I used their Web Check In which was great because I was in a lot of pain with a bladder infection and did not want to sit in a waiting room for several hours. They called within 5 minutes to confirm they received my information and told me they would call again when a room was available and to expect a wait of approximately 2 hours. They called back in less than 2 hours for me to come in. The visit to the clinic took less than an hour and cost $140 plus a $9 antibiotic prescription. The staff and PA, Matt were friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again. read more

I want to care now on January 23rd 2023 for treatment. I paid them my copay and never heard anything from them until October of 2024 when they sent me a bill for $43.58. The due date on the bill is October 20th 2024. I went on their website six times over a weeks time and it kept telling me my balance due was Zero. Then I get a letter from a collection agency dated October 1st 2024. So I don't know how I get turned into collections before the due date on the bill that really should have been billed a year and a half ago. I strongly suggest that nobody use care now! read more

I have been to this care now a few times over the yrs. I dont have insurance , luckily rarely get sick, I appreciate their web check in , when your sick the last thing you want to do is go sit in a dr office for an hr or more. The staff is always nice and the Dr and PA are also. I appreciate that you can tell them you dont have alot of extra money for a bunch of tests. I generally just need an antibiotic. If you sign up for their service its 18 .00 month But it still works out to be alot cheaper than going to a regular dr office. read more

I received excellent medical care at CareNow in Keller last week from the entire staff and especially Dr. Thomas Tennant. He was very concerned because he was not able to satisfy himself that he could find exactly how to help me become well. As a precaution, he sent me to the emergency room in order to receive more tests to find a cure. Both he and his staff were absolutely professional and knowledgeable. I will most definitely recommend this particular office to everyone I know in need of medical care. read more

I took my daughter in yesterday for some GI issues and couldn't be more pleased with the care she received. Chrystina took her vitals and put us in a room. She was very friendly and put my daughter at ease immediately. The PA we saw, Saira, was wonderful! She took the time to listen to the issue and did not rush in and out like some providers do. She was helpful, caring, informative, and just overall very sweet. I would recommend this group to anyone needing medical care in the Keller area. read more

Web check in is so convenient and allows you to stay at home until your turn. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was helpful and efficient. My wait was minimal, 5 minutes or less. I was so comfortable with Nadia Alawi-Kakomanolis, MD, she was friendly, diagnosed my problem quickly, and prescribed the necessary prescriptions. I wish she was in a practice that I could use her as my primary care physician. read more

I have a phobia of urgent care clinics. I expect to be treated like a number and rushed thru the system. This was not case with CareNow-Keller. The office staff was warm and welcoming. I was particularly impressed with the stellar service received from Cameron Whitaker, PA. So impressed, in fact, that I plan to switch from my PCP of 6 years. I highly recommend this place for all your healthcare needs! read more
