Dr. Eric Christiansen is an answer to my prayers. I am now 76 yrs old and going downhill fast! I really needed a good PCP who knows what he is doing and really cares. My first visit with him after firing my last PCP was very revealing. He immediately told me, after seeing a picture of me when I was 50 yrs old, that the answer to the growing fat around my gut was to go back to the same kind of diet I had always been on to stay so lean and in good shape for my entire life up until my first hip replacement at 53 yrs oldl. Zero suger and very low carbs while working out carefully everyday. I have done that and now only eat two meals/day of scrambled eggs with meat and an avocado along with a piece of fruit. And staying hydrated! I do my PT exercises and ride my stationary bike as well as I get out of my apt and walk in the sunlight. So, now I am beginning to lose that fat and now have the hope of getting much better with his astute medical advice. I have full confidence that with his continued help I will solve most of medical problems and once again get back in shape to be able to get out to serve in my community like I had always done before. More MD is far beyond what I was expecting! As a new patient, new to the area, I appreciated the communications that were sent out to me in advance and that helped make my first visit easy. Tess Barnes, NP, is absolutely amazing! I was skeptical about my initial appointment, but she was thorough, compassionate, and asked questions about things I never thought about mentioning. I truly loved the fact that my visit was not rushed and that she actually took her time with me. Referrals, labs, and everything in between were covered during my visit and I did leave rather impressed. The clinic is located in an unexpected area, but once inside, I was pleasantly surprised. It's clean and very welcoming. Staff are all very professional and that says a lot about a doctor's office in my book. I was so impressed that my husband (who is very skeptical about his medical providers) also scheduled an appointment with Tess once I told him how happy I was about going to see her. Someone who was of Indian descent from this phone number tried to get me to divulge private information. She said she was working with my Dr. and I needed a test, she actually named my Dr.!!! I went to my Dr office and they had no one of possibly Indian descent (she sounded Indian) who worked with my Dr. and was not given a referral. So someone from this office number which is More MD is obtaining my name and number from someone and calling me for my personal health information. I advised my Drs office manager of this to look into. Very scary!!! read more

I wrote this responding to their feedback survey without the plan to post anything on yelp. But after finishing writing this, it pissed me off so much I changed my mind. From me: To More MD. Feedback survey. Yeah I've moved on to a new health care provider. I will not be returning to more md. I'm not going to write a bad review on yelp or anything. But you folks should make good use of hearing this... Both with Dr. Mohindra, and at More MD, The services provided, all made me feel insulted, belittled, and that my concerns were completely dismissed! The first few times I went in, I just thought everyone there were all just having a bad day. NOPE. Every time I came in and it was (MOST) employee's there that Felt the need to do, or say somthing snide. The receptionist usually not even at the desks. Another time, the receptionist shot down a friendly hello, and cute joke. Snickering at my apparently petty attempt to be friendly. The medical assistant, seemed as if he was extremely inconvenienced by my presence, while taking my vitals. Dr. Mohindra, was insanely impersonal, Saying that he sees thousands of patients with my affliction. He exclaimed Pompously that, that is how he's the best expert on the topic. Then He acted almost board of having to talk to yet "another one of ((THEM))" very insulting. NOT even joking... every concern I had was met with a response from him telling me to find (GOD). HE seemed to be completely unconcerned with my chronic conditions, type 1 diabetes, and high blood pressure. Those where never discussed. And I left with out any help Refilling more of my glucometer Strips, and some of my Rx's didn't end up at my pharmacy. So yes... I don't go there now. Yes I didn't provide this More MD place with the usual polite notification that I will be moving on. Because that was Litterallaly the least I could do... If I wanted to do MORE... Which I don't have the energy or time for, It would be looking into getting Dr. Mohindra fired. read more

I have been a patient of More MD for a few years now. I only try to go in once a year. The office staff is pathetic. Last time I was there, I was never greeted or acknowledged. I watched several people be called in that arrived well after I did. And I was never asked for a copay or if my insurance had changed. I did however receive a bill a few weeks later. Now, I have been trying to get an appointment for two days. I left a message yesterday and today with absolutely no response. obviously answering their phone or returning calls is not a priority. I will be looking for a new Doctor. read more

I had an easy time making an appointment though I wasn't in any rush to be seen. Everyone was kind and Dr. Christensen was very helpful. Don't want to go into detail unfortunately for my own privacy, but I believe you can find problems in any medical practice if you look for them hard enough; I found this practice to be great as a new patient with one appointment so far, and have no problems with the care I received! Looking for another doctor. More MD is completely non-functional. I was just trying to set up an appointment for a seasonal allergy steroid shot. Hung up on 5 times. Twice I got to a human in another city, who transferred me back to Prescott, where I was hung up on again. Two other times the Prescott number answered (automated), then hung up on me before I got to a message opportunity. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. read more

INow don't get me wrong Dr. Hannon is an amazing doctor but his front office staff is a whole Nother story I never got anything I ever needed if I needed medication it got lost on its way to the doctor I've even been charged twice getting hold of any office staff for any information that you may or may not need his damn near impossible read more

We arrived in Prescott in April, 2020 and were in search of quality medical care that would accept our insurance. I read the positive reviews of Dr. Hennon from More MD and made an appointment. Turned out to be a great decision! From the first visit, Dr. Hennon has shown himself to be extremely qualified , patient, and proactive regarding any possible scenarios. I might add that the nurses are all very professional and move about with definite purpose. It helps to be a partner in securing your individual health and not be totally dependent on any one Dr. to keep you healthy. That being said, I am extremely pleased with the care I've received at More MD and would not hesitate to recommend them. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS "DOCTOR'S" OFFICE!!!! If you want to end up crying and begging this office to send over a simple prior authorization for your medication that you NEED, this is the place for you. I have been going around and around with this "professional" establishment trying to get a simple prescription filled. They are rude and are blaming me or my insurance. I am a brand new patient. This is the WORST customer service I have had! They have made me feel helpless. They have asked me to violate HIPPA guidelines, they clearly do not know federal compliance. I have had the exact prescription and exact same insurance before this shouldn't be a problem. These people are not in this field to "help" people. All they care about is the transaction. I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment and I was seen 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I was waiting in the lobby for an hour! read more

I see two different doctors here, one that's a general practitioner and one that's an endocrinologist. I needed a new prescription, and they approached the wrong doctor, who then prescribed the medication for double the dosage I'm currently taking. Two weeks of phone calls, texts and emails and I still have no explanation as to what I'm supposed to take. Access to the doctor is denied unless I make an appointment (against office policy to reach the doctors by phone apparently). Going to search for different medical professionals, ones that won't send me to the emergency room for an overdose. read more

I was very pleased by my first visit to More MD. The waiting room is very comfortable and nicely decorated. But more importantly, I really liked Dr. Hennon. He seems genuinely caring and I didn't feel rushed. I am getting established in a new town so I was a bit nervous seeing a new doctor. I am happy I chose this office. After a rough start to just get established as a new patient, I had my first appointment. Liked the doctor. Staff seemed fine. A few weeks later, I'm having what I thought was asthma. Leave a message Friday noon. Don't hear back. But I did get a call regarding my lab results.. I mention the asthma... told doctor gone for the day and he will call Monday. Sunday, I test positive for Covid. I leave a message. Monday noon leave another message. Monday end of the day, leave another message. Tuesday after 5pm I get a call to schedule a call with doctor the next day at 3pm. I mean, I haven't been able to breath well since Friday and have Covid with no medical support or guidance, so what's another 24 hours? When I finally got to talk to the doctor, no apology or explanation...just suggested I send an email next time. If you actually need any kind of medical care, look elsewhere. read more

Made an appointment specifically for a "well check". They never advised they don't do well checks so we were surprised to get a pricey bill. They refused to change the coding even after admitting they should have told us they don't do well checks. The office manager refuses to call me back and the assistant hung up on me when I called her back after she assured me I would be getting a call. Would never have gone if we knew they don't provide the service we were very specific in requesting. So now we have a pricey bill and still aren't eligible for the health program at work because it needs to be coded as a well check. read more

In my opinion, Dr. Hennon is a good doctor. With that said, it takes a good doctor along with a good staff to operate a worthy office. Unfortunately, his staff lacks serious communication and follow up skills. Due to his staffs incompetence I have decided to leave his practice for another local physician.  I wish him the best. read more

Relentless and Unprofessional Please Read! Almost two years ago now I was battling some unknown stomach issues and happened to be unemployed and on AHCCCS. I had a doctor who I loved and always went out of his way to make me feel like I wasn't a bum for being on government aide. I got a call one day from More MD stating that my doctor had retired and they were taking over all his patients. I had a follow up appointment already scheduled with my doctor so More MD was nice enough to schedule me an appointment right away with their office. It was a new office and everyone seemed unfamiliar with the equipment and the computer system and the doctor they set me up with told me that he did not accept AHCCCS but that he would be able to "make it work" using his "partner's" information. I visited this office ONLY once and did not go back. They seemed unprofessional and unorganized to say the least. Shortly after my visit I started getting bills from this office. I have called to explain, my fiancé (an ex medical biller) has called to explain and still I'm getting collection notices. More MD recruited me from another doctor and More MD had access to all my records including my AHCCCS Heath insurance information. More MD is at fault here and I want this collection to disappear off my record and a public apology, here, for nearly two years of harassment. Thank you read more
