I came here to receive treatment for a workers' comp-related injury. The staff was always patient and attentive. They connected me with their specialists and supported me as I worked to get stronger through physical therapy. For pain management, I saw Dr. Johnston. He reviewed my charts (x-rays, MRIs, diagnostic testing), listened to my concerns, and made clear, actionable plans to alleviate my pain so that i could get the treatment needed. The staff was very experienced; they handled my paperwork quickly, scheduled me with the appropriate doctors, and worked with my insurance, so that I could get the care I needed. There have been times when I've greeted them and no one replied. I just sign in when I come now and don't speak which isn't like me but I don't like to be ignored.
