They didn't send a nurse or prepare an updated care plan. They and didn't document my fathers care according to the old care plan making it hard for my dad's claim to be processed. When i asked for a copy of the claim, Bob Pratt refused to send it. He is extremely unprofessional and a hot head. When the claim was being reviewed by insurance Bob told the insurance company that my dad refused care. If so, why did Golden Hearts charge my dad and submit a 30 page claim! Bob then tried to deflect blame by calling my dad a DRUNK who sleeps all day! Yes, my dad is 93 and sleeps most of the day but is never drunk! Please find another care firm as they are flakey and unprofessional. Bob is the consummate salesman who will sell ice to an eskimo, but is not a caring professional.
