We went on a family vacation for almost two weeks, and when we came back, Miss Pickle had clearly been well-fed, cleaned up after, and loved. We also got multiple photos from Elizabeth while we were on our trip. She responded to our texts with questions immediately, but she almost always sent us updates before we thought to ask. And ever since we came home, Miss Pickle has been more affectionate, brave, and playful then before we went on our trip. I am going to say that is because of the consistent care and affection that she got while we were away, as well as some sort of wonderful magic from Elizabeth. We cannot thank her enough for the care she clearly gave Miss Pickle.

Short Story Jen is…read moreawesome and super caring for all the dogs. I rarely trust anyone with my dog, but after a very short period I came to trust in Jen and my dog loved the experience. I highly recommend using this day care, ESPECIALLY if you do not want you dog locked in a kennel for hours a day. Long Story I own a 5 year old boxer mix named Oscar. Oscar has been my only family, traveling with me for the past 5 years and I care for him very much. As so, it is very hard for me to leave him in the hands of others and NEVER over night. I started using the day care because of my work schedule and also because of how happy he was when I would pick him up. He quickly learned the word "day care" and really looked forward to seeing Jen and the other dogs. I became so comfortable because of his obvious enjoyment that this was the first day care I ever allowed my dog to be stay over night! When I relocated for work I wish I could have brought Jen and the day care with me!

Totally unprofessional. My stepson took his puppy here for a few days while he was in Florida…read more The owner complained about the puppy "peeing on her couch" at 3 am and had the audacity to tell my stepson while he was on vacation. What is he supposed to do about this while he's in Florida and the owner of this "business" is in NY? Also, why wasn't the puppy crated overnight like she is used to, and her pet dad ASKED the owner to do?? The owner of this "business" said that the puppy was "bad on a leash" even though she was warned of this ahead of time. Then the puppy was returned to her pet parents DIRTY, with FOOD in her fur, SMELLY, and her collar and leash put on way too tight. The owner was TOLD to keep the puppy separated from the big dogs at this establishment or at least to introduce them SLOWLY, yet the puppy was put right in with the big dogs right away. There are too many dogs in one small area and the owner seems to only care about getting her money and cramming as many dogs in there at once as she can. The owner insinuated to my stepson about how little she got for watching the puppy, yet SHE set the price! The puppy also came back without her rabies tag, which was somehow lost during her stay! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
