We both got white gold paperclip chains, and Michelle helped us pick between materials based on our lifestyle. Michelle, Chicky, Heather, and Michael were phenomenal and extremely pleasant company. A few days later, I noticed my anklet was a little tighter than I wanted, so I gave them a call to see if we could come back in for a readjustment. Michael originally couldn't come into the shop to adjust for us until later, so we cancelled and thanked them anyway. To our surprise, 30 minutes later, they called us and said come on in and adjusted my anklet free of charge! I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful everyone in the shop is. We tried calling to see if we could get it fixed but never got them to answer the phone and never got a call back. We had another jeweler fix it, and he said that we payed way too much for the quality of ring that we received. Unfortunately we live in Colorado and we can't just swing by and get our money back for this ring. Just go to Southport or really anywhere else, much better jewelers out there.

They are hard to find so I asked her to just pick up the other 4 they had in the store for me. They were marked $49 each on the tag and my mother paid $49 each for the 2 she purchased in store this morning. She called back after we spoke a couple hours later and paid for the other 4 on the phone with her credit card- She wasn't going to make it in town again until tomorrow. Around 20 minutes later, the owner called my mom and told her she was instead going to charge her $99 each instead of the $49 that was priced on the tags AFTER SHE HAD PAID FOR THEM!!! She then had the audacity to tell my mom she was going to do her a favor and wouldn't retroactively charge more for the two she had bought in store earlier that day. I have never heard of such a thing!! They were marked $49, she paid $49, and then the owner thought better after selling them and decided she was going to charge double??? I have photos of the tags in the store and they clearly show $49.
