I had a wonderful doctor there for a few months (Dr. Jerew) that had the heart of a physician, but he moved out of state. Although not a specialist, he helped quarterback my health care. I was turned away by the Covid nurse because I had other issues and she said it wasn't long covid. When asked about my heart rate getting too slow, she said, "drink some caffeine." And yet the specialists are saying my issues originated with Covid. After Jerew, I was sent to Kay Willoughby In October and I told her my struggles with PCPs and that I just needed bloodwork twice a year, treatment for infections (sinus, etc.), and refills for very simple medications that haven't changed in over a year. I offered every opening to say "no, go see another doctor."My specialists send updates and my care is not intensive nor does it require even Pallative care. Just simple refills for very simple medications. I was told last week that Dr. Willoughby requested that I move to an internist. No problem. I started looking and couldn't get an appointment before about a month. then I received a message saying she would not refill medication. These are very simple medications, but I have to be on them. So I'm left with no beta blocker Which is the smallest dose possible, but vital to my health. I do not recommend this clinic any longer. And that hurts my heart because my entire family has been patients for over 40 years.

I've had some of the worst medical help here out of any doctors' office I've been to and that's…read moresaying a lot. I first saw Lindsay and felt hopeful after my appointment because she ordered a few tests after hearing my symptoms. She had an ultrasound of my organs ordered as well as an endoscopy. The ultrasound revealed nothing out of the ordinary, and the endoscopy revealed that I had "reactive gastropathy" and mild gastritis. They told me absolutely nothing about what these conditions are, how they occur, how to treat them, or what to do next. I was prescribed famotidine which is an acid blocker. I had to make another appointment to ask why I was prescribed the med, for which I had to wait another entire month. When I asked them they said "you might have reflux but there's no way to know, so take it to see if it helps". I don't really know anyone who likes to take medication without knowing what it's for, just to see if it helps? Two weeks before meeting with Dr. Day I get an email that he's retiring. When I arrived to my appointment I had to wait almost two hours in the waiting room before I was seen. He basically said nothing is wrong in my tests so I should be happy. I said "I'm not happy because I've been suffering with symptoms for five years and now I have no explanation as to why and no treatment plan". He said, "you can try a medicine for IBD if you want." I said "do I have IBD?" He said I do not, but that it's a 'last resort diagnosis'...? Not sure what that even means. During my appointment he then reviewed my scans again after seeing how confused I was, to 'make sure he didn't miss anything'. When going over my ultrasound, he said "liver looks good, kidney looks good, appendix looks good..." I interrupted him because I literally DON'T HAVE AN APPENDIX. I then sat there for ten more minutes staring at the wall as he continued to tell me I should be happy none of my tests came back positive, that I can try an IBD medicine if I want, and that my symptoms are from anxiety. He was clearly so checked out waiting to retire that he seemed to have given up completely. If you want to spend thousands of dollars on people who literally couldn't care less if you live or die, then this is the place for you. If you are a young woman suffering from debilitating chronic illness but really just want another doctor to tell you it's anxiety, then this is the place for that! Two stars instead of one because of the fact that they actually ordered tests.

If I could give stars I would. Dr. Marks walked into my appointment and without saying a word to me…read moreshowed me a google Ai diagnosis and said "I think I know what's going on". He repeatedly pushed Ozempic on me. I am a 5'6 woman who wears a size 6. I filed a complaint and the office manager was incredibly dismissive and defended Dr. Marks for this behavior and invalidated what I had experienced. Her excuse was that he was using ai to explain to me because I misunderstood...? Which is absolutely not what happened. I don't even say a word before he showed me the ai. Why would a physician need ai to explain a disease he regularly treats and specializes in anyway? The receptionists are rude every time you call. No one can return test results within a timely manner. I have never encountered a manager so uninterested in patient experience or comfort. The manager only said "I'm sorry for what you feel you have experienced and you'd probably be happier somewhere else". Complete incompetence all the way around for a medical practice.

For over a year I requested phones calls to speak with my daughter's physician or to get appointments to obtain a specialist care. Getting an appointment is a joke, the nurse practitioner should not be able to see any patients due to a coldness that no one in healthcare can have. I mean hello, should be obvious. All my daughter's symptoms were ignored while she was in pain. We were able to set an appointment at a different doctors office and wow the difference. Labs were taken or drawn, a full examination was done. That's care. IMO this place needs to close and work on how to care for patients, how to treat concerns as real concerns, and just I don't know I can't think of any more horrible words to describe this St Vincent's without cussing. Sis, this ain't for us. Find someone to provide care and not just let writhe in pain for over a year. One star is mandatory but know in my heart, this is a big fat 0

They were only 10 minutes late with my appointment (which I think is great for a doctors office) and the doctor herself was GREAT. She was so friendly and helpful, as were all of the nurses. I was called back by a very cheery (maybe her name was Shaniqua, although I could be wrong, and I'm sorry if I am!) called me back to the exam room. I wasn't in that room for less than 5 minutes (very unheard of in a doctors office!) before I heard a knock on the door. A young, bright, cheerful, happy woman walked into the room and introduced herself as Colleen Donohue, NOT Dr. Donohue. I immediately felt at ease. As for my exam, it's not often where one feels they're actually being listened to when speaking to a doctor. However, Colleen made me feel as if I knew her and she knew me for years and completely understood me and my needs! She was/is now my favorite doctor! Honestly, I wish I had something else to go back to her for...she's THAT GOOD!!
