When I reported these issues to the staff, they were indifferent. After returning home, I emailed a complaint and was told I should have spoken to a supervisor on-site, which I did. They then said I should have spoken to a different supervisor. I spent an hour dealing with a food issue and another hour with the wheelchair problem. I felt like they wanted my entire day to be spent trying to escalate my concerns. Horrible place! I have emails to prove their lack of empathy.
